Test level 279 @ 23 years old

ad

Just got my blood results back from the Dr.'s office, testosterone level of 279 ng/dl

I'm 23 years old, anyone else find that low?

Constantly feel fatigued and depressed, but the Dr. say's that's at a normal level

Never used AAS, but did lose over 110+ pounds

Could you post the ranges and full BW which has been done ?

I would suggest you go to a TRT specialist or endo, and get to the bottom of why your T is low jumping on TRT for life is not a candy ride.

Yeah thats low.

Went thru the same thing as you but i'm in my 40's (150-300 depending on the ng/dl range they use)

3 different doctors before I got some where.
One said I fall in the lower normal range and could be stress
Other said its low but normal but if I want after speaking to his endo friend he would boost me.

Watch using the "depressed" word to much with the docs. Noticed I raised some hair with my first 2 docs, and seemed to steer them completely off course.

Last time I went to a doctor, every symptom I said I was having, the doctor would say "you know, that could be a sign of depression".When I told the doctor "there is absolutely no way I would take an anti-depressant pill",he finally stopped pushing depression.I don't have a problem with anti-depressants if you actually need them. They must get one hell of a kickback for anti-depressant pills.

I'm 64 and my Dr. has me at 920, tell your Dr to get an education. What a maroon.

I appreciate all the replies guys! Going to do that ASAP

Constant fatigue and lethargy, lack of motivation. Bad depression. Was at the point I was having trouble pulling the cord on the leaf blower this morning.

Yeah thats far from normal bro, im 22 and im at 385 and feel like shit too, its very rare for people in their teens/twenties to have levels this low.

You need to get in contact with a endocrinologist ASAP ask for a referral and they should run more tests and most likely put you on a form of TRT, this will help you aloooot. If you have any questions for TRT related topics PM me an ill help you as much as i can

Its prob just genetic. im sure a low dose would help you build muscle mass.

279ng/dl is perfectly normal.......for a 70 year old man.Find another doctor or an endo.

Mine was a 305 before i ever started using test. I think i was 27 back then. I never had any sexual sides or anything. Just had fatigue like crazy from my job. One thing i noticed is when i come off my levels bounce rivht back to that 300 range with very little pct
