I am on a trt dose of 100 mg/week of test cyp prescribed by the dr and I am noticing a small lump or hard tissue behind my right nipple. Aromasin and nolva are not working for me. I just ordered some letro. Any suggestions on a dosage for such a low dose of test? This shit is annoying as hell!!

Letro has always worked for me like a charm, but when you finish it you will have an estro rebound so have some nova on hand for that
Nothing wrong with letro. More aromatization will cause that lump to grow so it's better to sort it quick in my opinion, although there is always a chance of rebound on letro, once you come off from it as it only competes with the aromatase enzyme, whereas aromasin eradicates it. Perhaps you actually are very sensitive, the best thing to do would be to get another blood panel done - your doctor may prescribe letro, anyway if he/she see's fit. Either way, you don't want be left in the dark. It may even be something more serious as mentioned by someone but the odds of male breast cancer are quite low compared to excessive aromatization, I would imagine.
How long have you noticed the lump? a week? 2? 3? the longer you wait the if it is gyno the more chances for surgery.
I was on a higher dose of test before going on trt. I noticed the lump between the high and low dose. Thinking the AI I was using was bunk. I've run high doses of test before and this never happened. I'll try the letro first before i head to the dr. Thank for the advice and protocol bro.
You must be VERY prone to gyno; trt dosing is so low that chances are very slim; take Ed's advice and get it checked out immediately.
Damn bro, I have a hard time believing that your trt dose is aromatizing into estro at only 100 mg's per week. I would definitely get your bloods and see what is happening.
I wouldn't take it lightly though, there is a slight possibility that shit like that could very well be cancer, so get it checked out. Tell your doc about it. It's not unheard of for bro's to get breast cancer.
If it is gyno here is some letro dosing for you:
Day 1: .50mg
Day 2: 1 mg
Day 3: 1.5 mg
Day 4: 2.0 mg
Day 5: 2.5 mg
You want to ease into it. Once you are at 2.5mg, keep it there until you start to see it go away run it for another 5 days and then taper it back down like this:
2.5 Day
2.0 Day
1.5 Day
1.0 Day
.50 Day
But really this does concern me. Especially where you are running other A.I.s
