Alphamale500That's a pretty tall order, "In search of knowledge". Forums aren't really the best place to go when looking for knowledge imo. Not that the members here or in other forums aren't knowledgeable, but you'll get many different answers to your questions and of how to go about your search for knowledge. Starting with bloodwork before using AAS as said below, is extremely important and absolutely necessary.
But I think even before that, you need to learn about how testosterone and your entire hormonal system even works, which hormones affect what in your body, and all the very basics of test. Then there's all the different AAS compounds, ancilliaries, possible side effects and how to help prevent them, injection techniques, etc.
There are some very good books out there based on AAS which you could check out. William Llewellyn is the author of some very good, popular books written about Anabolic Steroids. Two very good, and fairly recent books written by Mr. Llewellyn are Anabolics 11th Edition and Anabolics 10th Edition.
Now these books contain a lot of very good information, but for someone who's a beginner and never used AAS before, you might wanna start with a book which really covers the very basics of testosterone and how it works in the body, etc. This one I'd honestly recommend as a good starter book. It's called TRT Manual: The Definitive Testosterone Replacement Therapy Manual, by Jay Campbell.
For a beginner in your shoes I'd recommend TRT Manual. Even if going on TRT is not what you're interested in, this book covers a lot of the beginner type information about testosterone and how it works in your body. That's a very good choice to start with. Also, when you're searching topics online, be sure to read from official sites, and not pages that are advertisements, or like anywhere they're selling "legal AAS products" or shit like that. Good luck bro!!
Here's just a few chapter titles from TRT Manual so you get the idea:
-Becoming an Empowered man through optimal blood testosterone levels
-The science of testosterone 101: Why men MUST understand their endocrinology
-The ins and outs of proper injection procedures
-Mitigating and avoiding potential side effects
-Nutrition and its role in TRT
ETC.
@Jayzgainz thank u def save the link this is a problem as well because of not having health insurance
First time on a cycle it was more a friend of my had the gear and i kew he was in good shape so i figured he knew i only took test
Thanks again
Wecome. Im the same age. Definitely start with bloodwork. When you do have them check your thyroid function. I've had hypothyroidism for years and being tired and drained is one of the symptoms.
If you're in the states and cant get to a dr check out https://www.privatemdlabs.com/ or
https://www.healthonelabs.com/
You need to start reading about food, nutrition, training and AAS. There are no shortcuts and no one here can give you the perfect info you seek.
I always use the show “Insearch Of” with
Leonard Nemoy. Spock will hook you up..
Molinin302Lol, you can borrow my ears for the next convention.
RustyhookerYou need dr and full blood tests. Lean is all FOOD but you need full hormone panel etc done
Molinin302Get bloodwork done. Come back after and I'm sure you'll get all your questions answered.
Wham-o
Rustyhooker^^^^^
This is your second time using gear but you don't know where to start? Where did you start the first time? If you did the first time properly the second time shouldn't be all that different.
Did you happen to consider he might be referring to navigating the site? Searching for sources and gear? Since you reminded him his first cycle shouldn’t be that different compared to his second, perhaps you can assist him with the navigation and search engine of this site.
AnonAw now I feel like an ass..
Only now?
AnonLmao touche sir.
