I only need Adex when I add HCG. My Test Cyp TRT injections only bring me up to normal levels Estradiol. HCG shoots me above and beyond and thats when I need it.

Run an ai when you are blasting, any excess test will aromatize to estrogen and running an ai will assist you in utilizing your test better. You are shorting yourself if you don't.

My Dr has me watch my nipples and gives me about 5 1mg Adex cut in half tell me to take one if my nipps get puffy or sore but I normally save them till I run a cycle. I dont think I ever had to take one durring just TRT

Generally brother a TRT dose isn't enough to cause elevated E2. However everybody is different and since there aren't any sides it's nice that u at least have it on hand. Perhaps a low dose of 6.25 of the extremasane eod would suffice for TRT but u may need nothing at all.
