Top of quad hurts from 2 weeks ago

My quad hurts from injecting test e 2weeks ago. I have pined other places and only pain for a day. There is no redness are infection. Did I hit a nerve are something ? It feels tight and I have delt with it for 2 weeks it got better over the weekend but when I went back to work it started again. I need any answers because I have not worked out my legs in this time due to pain.

Have you tried throwing a heating pad on there for 20 mins or so?
No guess I will go get one
It's a good investment, took a day off my pip recovery time, I'd give that a couple days before going to the doctor, like some of the guys said it might of been a werid angle you pinned at or moving it around once you broke the skin, but give that a try

I didn't want to hear that lol but thanks bro.
Just constant although if I sit for awhile it like it gets tighter and then hurts pretty bad until I start walking on it for a min, then just constant pain.
Maybe a testicle joke will get some people to look at my question !!
