Pheromones are released with sweat. These pheromones molecules contain metadata (data about data) information about your dna structure. If a female doesn't like your natural smell, there is a good chance you are incompatible in terms of evolution i.e. if you both have a dna sequence that might suggest you're both prone to cancer, you're not compatible - you won't find each others' smell attractive, and compatibility is denied by evolution's ultimate goal - offspring less prone to cancer in this case.

If they were able to fake the perfect smell (meaning the metadata of a flawless human dna structure), then yes - all the females would want your baby.
But i doubt they did, cause that would suggest they know the sequence of this perfect dna, and they've just a few years ago managed to isolate the genome responsible for male baldness... they still got a lot to cover, cancer, bad eyesight, stupidity...

So no imho, there is no ultimate pheromone that'll make everyone want to fuck you.
