Throwing up after workout

ad

So I've been getting a nausea feeling and even throwing up after workouts. Leg yes I usually do. I do anywhere between 15 to 50 reps on supersetting and that is understandble. But today during my chest workout I got the nasueas feeling and have been for the last few days. My intake for carbs is 70g a day and 350g of protein. Yes I am comp preping. Am I taking to less of carbs which is causing me to get to fatigued and wore out easy which is causing me to throw up? Let me know if anyone else gets this feeling or has. Thanks! Stats are correct. And doing an 30 to 45 min of abs and an hour of cardio each day as well.

Same happens to me only when I take pre workouts like no x plode, C4, etc.

from what i can make from the info in this thread i think your problem is too much protein pre-workout!... un-digested pro will make you feel like puking............ high carbs pre-WO..... high protein post.WO.

Try that see if you cope better.

^ about a year after this comment I figured this out with the food part. Started growing like a week. Took half my gh before with a meal and half after. Man did I grow a lot since then.

Got to agree here. Especially if you've got a more fragile stomach.

I went hypo a few times last prep with the low carbs and overdoing it in the gym I guess. Had to keep glucose packs with me in my gym bag so I could take one if I started feeling woozy and nauseous. Are most of your carbs centered around your workout?

^ This. Seeing as your vomiting is being caused by nausea I would rule out Hypoglycemia first.

I will look into this thanks Makwa for the information...My carbs are mostly after my workout I live five min from the gym so I drink a isopure and eat sweet potato...

Try getting a carb meal in about 3 hrs before workout. This is what will fuel your workout and should hopefully spare your bloodsugar from dropping to low during your workout. Then about an hour before workout get in a slug of fast digesting protein (no carbs) and then some more carbs/protein after workout.

Bulkdaddy's picture

That's exactly what I do. But I will try the carbs 3 hours before and see if that helps.
