He makes several valid points but blaming the democrats is simplistic, we have a problem in this country with only having a two party system. They are both in bed together and largely dance to the beat of big money, not us. If I had my way I would ban both the republicans and democrats and label them a hate group, because at the end of the day that is what they are. I would have all politicians run for office as simply Americans. Can you imagine how much more positive stuff could be accomplished if we weren't so busy fighting about stupid partisan bullshit?
^^^This is the key to it all......people get hung up bitching about Dem. Or Rep., Coke or Pepsi, Ford or Chevy.....when in reality it's all the same shit. Things are created every day to further divide the people of this country. If you were born here then you're an American. PERIOD. The political infighting you see on TV every day is an act. I'm betting at the end of the day they all come together and plan out tomorrow's script....just like wrestling lol
There is no doubt, this is by design not accident. I am pretty fortunate I have some state level politicians that I consider friend, they all respect that fact that I approach every issue from as close to the middle as I can muster. Sadly although they usually agree with me their caucus will reign them in back to status quo. Look, 90% of us fall within the middle of the poetical spectrum when you lay it all out, problem is the 10% right or left wing lunatics are louder...
The real point of what I think he was talking about is how the "less fortunate" ppl blame someone else for their problems whenever they can't look at themselves and figure out a way to rise out of the shit they are in. They decide day in and day out they will just wallow in their self-pity. Rioting and again ruining their own "communities" where they live...making it even worse to live there. So who will live there, but them?

You're right. It was his first point, but the problem is extremely complex. I feel bad for both sides, because no one feels safe. Ignoring the political point he was trying to make of course.
