Sorry, got it!

Why are all these studies always on obese untrained individuals. Might as well have been done on monkeys Lol

Agreed. If you wanted to see the result of an exercise regimen or a supplement/pharmaceutical protocol, I would think it would be useful to use a variant of people, sampled from many ages, fitness levels and athletic experience. Seems like that would give a much clearer picture of the effect. Maybe that’s the point? The sample demographic may be chosen for the desired outcome?

Idk, I guess willingness to participate is more likely.

Man this just further solidifies than Men and Women are biologically different lololol take that trannies. This goes far back in time when you think about it. In the days when men actually had to hunt for food. Probably for days or weeks on very little or an empty stomach. We had to not think about when our next meal would be. Women naturally hold on to fat longer than men. Which is why so many women struggle to lose weight, especially stubborn fat. It has to do with staying behind, having to care for children and even carrying a child. Not talking about being obese either. Women store fat differently thann men do. We have more muscle naturally. Hormones have a lot to do with it.

Yeah, In these days we do not need to hunt anymore for food, maybe that's why we see so many obese guys?

People who think men and women are biologically the same.
