From 285 to 168.6. Almost to my goal of 10 percent before my bulk. Starting to feel good again. This way when my kids argue about who's dad is stronger they have receipts.

Lots more rocky college students looking! Great job!
Yessir. Appreciate the encouragement
Great job you can really tell the difference congrats.
Thank you for noticing and letting me know bro.
Impressive work brother. Lost a whole tire around your waist.
Yessir. I can feel it too. Just standing up from a chair feels different. Thank you for your comment.
That belly in the before pic was impressive!!
Great work on the weight loss! Any idea what your current BF% is? Looks to me like its getting close to bulking season, youre very lean. Keep the foods clean just much more of it and your muscles are gonna soak it up
I had a dexa done 10 pounds ago and was 16.1 percent with 152.2 pounds of lean mass. I was 178.6 then. Down to 168.6 now. I should be between 11-13 percent if my math is right.
You’re looking great bro, props to you getting to such a good healthy looking weight. You’re for sure now primed up to go for a very successful bulk. Your insulin sensitivity is very high right now, and your muscles are gonna absorb all the nutrients you feed them.
Love to hear that. From my research and talking to guys on here that was the plan glad to hear someone besides me saying I've got it lined up. These comments keep me going. I really appreciate you.
Of course bro, always great to have guys like you around. You’re an inspiration to many others who are in your shoes!
Glad to hear it. Nothing makes a transformation better than knowing you inspired someone else to jump on the train.
Good work dude, proof that consistency and hard work pays off
It most definitely does.
Goddamn that's impressive. Just curious how much time did it take for you to get those numbers?
Well I started mid December 2025 switching from sugary drinks to water. In early January started getting between 12000 and 17000 steps a day and started eating in a calorie deficit. The beginning of February I joined a gym and started lifting 5x a week. I've been at it for about 8.5 months from the day I decided to start.
You look great bro, good job
Thank you very much. It's been a challenge for sure. But it gave my add brain a goal and focus.
