In cycle bloodwork/ Cycle advice
Ok, so this is currently I guess my third cycle but only my second cycle with anything other than test. First cycle was just a higher dose of test for 10 weeks to see how I handled things going from my TRT dosage of 200mg a week to 400mg a week. Other than a significant rise in test levels and feeling better I saw no real negative results. 2nd cycle was 8 weeks running 400mg of test with 50mg of Anavar split into 2 doses of 25mg each a day. Felt great, and went really well so I got bloodwork after that and other than a slight iron deficiency that the doctor couldn't really explain I had no abnormal bloods.
Then I jumped into this 3rd cycle after a few months off. The plan was to run 300mg test, 300mg EQ, and was going to run that for 8 weeks titrating up the EQ to 450mg eventually then finish the cycle with 8 weeks of 50mg Anavar on top of that for a total of 16 weeks because of the slow burn of EQ I thought this was a great jumping off point into injectables. I ran into the issue of my E crashing 10 weeks in because of the EQ and my natural low aromatization. I have since raised my test to bring that back up, it was recommended to have Dbol on hand in the future for this precise issue, unfortunately I didn't have any at the time so the only thing I could think to try was raising my test to compensate and luckily it worked. So for the last 4 weeks I've been running 600mg test, 450mg EQ, a week and 50mg of Anavar daily.
On my last post it was recommended that I get bloods to see where I'm at because of the slow burn of EQ that I might be able to extend this cycle a little while longer since I'm really starting to see some great results from everything. So I got my bloodwork and wanted to share it here to see what you guys thought and ask for advice on what to do. I'm currently planning on running another 2 weeks and stopping but I have enough EQ on hand I could run another 8 weeks total. Would this be advisable based on my bloods or would it be better to cut it off after the next 2 weeks.
My other question is regarding my IGF numbers. I just started a maintenance dose of 2iu a day of GH about 4 weeks before my blood test. Unfortunately I don't have any base numbers prior to this 4 weeks because it wasn't anything I had tested for before, but I was wondering if my numbers look like they should based on that dosage or if only using it for 4 weeks prior if it would even show up as anything on a blood test. I plan on titrating it up over the next several months slowly before hopefully my next cycle in the spring. Any other advice based on my bloods would be great as well.
I cannot upload pics yet so here's a breakdown of everything in dull text form.

With regard to your question about IGF-1, your low estrogen will limit the efficacy of your response from GH. There is a lot of information in your post but the first thought I had was that you are definitely eating with the discipline of a monk. Also, your hematocrit is in range which is good on EQ. Have you donated blood while on cycle? I think you can keep going if you choose to do so. You could lower the EQ a bit and throw in some NPP if you’re amenable to adding another compound.
I have donated blood. I had read a ton on here before I ever jumped into anything and knew that would be something I'd need to keep and eye on. So every time I get the email from the Red Cross that they'll give me another Amazon gift card for donating I go donate. I think it's every 90 days or something.
I'm really wanting to avoid adding anything else right now simply because I'm a paranoid person and I'm wanting to try and do this the right way slowly and steadily. Although I do have some NPP because I was planning on using that for my cycle in the spring. I thought about stacking it with Mast or Anavar....maybe both?
Ok so about the estrogen numbers. My estrogen has always been low. It was low on TRT it was low my first 2 cycles and it's been low on this one. I honestly hadn't read that estrogen affects the efficacy of GH. Is there a solution to that other than adding a higher aromatizing compound? Obviously running something other than EQ would probably help too but the train has already left the station on that one, I'm just trying to maximize what I'm getting from the weeks of buildup.
With diet, yes I am very locked in. I eat the same things almost every single day. Boring as fuck, but it makes it so much easier to track my macros and make sure I'm dialed in. I'm within 50 calories almost every day. In the 3 months I've been on cycle I've had maybe 3 days that I would consider "bad" and they all involved alcohol. I've cut out all alcohol other than those 3 days in 3 months, no NSAIDS.
Most of this goes back to being a cheap ass and if I'm investing money in gear, then I want to get the most out of it I can. I'm nowhere near any of the chiseled guys that are on this forum but I've definitely made some dramatic changes for the good and feel better than I have in 20+ years.
The iron deficiency is probably related to the blood donation.
Entirely possible. I started taking an OTC iron supplement and it seems to have remedied the issue since then.
Your cholesterol is insanely low for being on that much oil. And your ast and alt numbers look good for being on an oral.
I will say, my cholesterol has always been very low but I definitely have had my diet locked in since I started all of this. I'm a diabetic so starting down this road I've been super careful to watch everything as closely as possible. That being said do you think it's an indicator of anything else that might be going on?
Nope. I think it’s because you got everything dialed in nicely
Appreciate that, It's definitely been a journey.
