Strange tightness in muscle.
ad
After my arm workout yesterday(about 18 hours ago) my arms still feel really tight like they are pumped. Is this a sign I am not stretching enough?

I get pumps in the muscles in the head by the temples, from eating so damn much. Just did some serious negatives on the bi's two days ago and my bi's are still jacked.
DT-SwoleCurrently on dbol at 50 mgs
probably the reason
are you running any orals when i run t bol or anavar the pump feels like it never goes away
tread-mEspecially legs for me, just walking at some point pumps the shit out of my legs and I have to sit down.
i get that to bro its intense somtimes
tread-mCan be many things and even what you are running in cycle. 2 things that come to mind are too much creatine (which can be very dangerous and require surgery if muscles won't go down, saw several cases of this last summer with members on a college football team abusing creatine) or could be a pottasium issue which happens to me on occassion. Sometimes just good stacks but not sure what you are running.
AnonI have a friend who is a very knowledgeable AAS user, he thinks creatine is not worth the potential stress on kidneys, etc. What are your thoughts?
tread-mI honestly "think" its ok used mildly and properly but most over use it. My over use ended last summer. I was at work and my arms out of the blue pumped up. Then the right arm went down and the left kept getting more pumped over 4 - 6 hrs. Got to be painful and blown up like I had been doing curls for the whole time, veins popping everywhere etc just painful swole! So I had just so happened to have seen this story on the news where a whole fottball team, I think college may have been high school, had been taking it in huge numbers and a half dozen or so ended up in surgery having to have the tendon sheaths etc cut open...crazy shit but the common denominator was high end use of creatine in the group. I was fortunate I guess in that about 6 hrs mine went down but it kinda scared me you know, this was like a pump you can't even get in the gym and like I said, got pretty painful as it progressed. Took my creatine use down to the one standard daily and even skip it a couple days a week here and there. I told Goth once as we talked about itthat I seem to notice better vascularity using it when compared to not using it so I use it but just a minimal amount nothing crazy.
