i use them also. i just get em from the acme around me, i normally eat 4 or 5 egg whites along with 2 whole eggs. scrambled with tiny bit of fat free milk in the eggs an a glass of fat free milk. its by far my favorite meal of the day i could eat eggs all day long lol
as said already, i use the chef's choice ones from Sam's club. i eat a dozen eggs a day. 6 in the am 6 right before bed.
DT-SwoleIf you buy regular eggs and separate them, you can't really throw egg whites into a protein shake can you? salmonella and etc... I don't really like eating fried eggs.
I hard boil 1 or 2 dozen a day... soak in ice water for twenty min. the shell almost falls off. slice in 1/2 toss the yolk, throw whites in a baggie... Protein ready to go!
I have in the past. They are pasteurized so you can drink them w/ no worries. Maybe it's because of the pasteurization, but I think they have a lil dif texture than regular eggs seperating the white. They've had eggs on sale for 89cents a 12 and I've been eating 8 dozen a week for a long time. My point is the liquid egg whites are easier because you dont have to seperate, but I dont think they taste as good? and regular eggs are cheaper at my store anyway?
