Security and PGP encryption
Not sure who all knows or cares about the recent Silk Road bust, but lessons should be learned in either case. This site is a great place to learn as well as talk with sources. One thing we should learn to do is to protect your anonymity when sending or saying anything sensitive. We arent shopping at Walmart here folks, so make sure to be safe. I am going to walk u through how to encrypt a message and also how to decrypt a message using an android app called APG.
1. INSTALL APP
2.OPEN APP
3.CLICK ON ENCRYPT MESSAGE
4.TYPE MESSAGE
5.TOGGLE WITH ARROW FROM PUBLIC KEY TO PASS PHRASE. (NOTE: IF U HAVE THE OTHER PARTIES PUBLIC KEY THEN U CAN USE THIS FEATURE. IM JUST BEING BRIEF AND ENTRY LEVEL HERE. PUBLIC KEY METHOD IS MORE SECURE DUE TO HOW PGP WORKS.
6.TYPE A PASS PHRASE TWICE AND CLICK ON ENCRYPT TO CLIPBOARD.
7.PASTE INTO A PM, TEXT, EMAIL, ECT...
DECRYPTING A FILE:
1. COPY PGP MESSAGE U RECIEVE
2.OPEN APG
3.CLICK DECRYPT MESSAGE
4.PASTE MESSAGE INTO DIALOGE BOX
5.CLICK DECRYPT
6.IF IT WAS SENT USING PASS PHRASE THEN IT WILL PROMPT FOR THAT CODE. IF IT WAS SENT USING YOUR PUBLIC KEY THEN USE THE PASSPHRASE YOU CREATED WHEN U GENERATED YOUR KEY PAIR (PRIVATE AND SECRET KEYS)
EXTRA CREDIT:
DECRYPT THIS MESSAGE. PASSPHRASE IS TREN. ALL LOWER CASE.

beadhandBPI just put up about SR they fucked up a lot of stuff now the Bitcoins are being watched since they took millions of dollars an pounds from this site they found a lot of info about a lot of people especially sum international sources who sold AAS on there this is a bad deal for a lot of people
I know that a few sources on here were on SR as different names. I wont elaborate too much since there is an on going investigation. Your right about the situation being bad for a lot of people. From money lost to incarceration. I wish I had pgp encrypted more when discussing my personal info. That way my real identity isnt linked to that profile. I am worried, but not terribly scared because I was NOT selling anything and I only bought a handful of items. My thoughts are that i am just the low hanging fruit and not much interest is being put into small time buyers. Im sure they want the guys buying and selling bulk weight. Not saying they wont take what they can get and bust all that they can
