Yeah it's fucked up. I never really got into politics. They are going to put whoever in whatever position they want anyways, so why even get emotionally involved in it(my opinion of course). Plus... i'm a felon and can't vote so there is that too xD. But seriously.... yeah you may not of liked the dude or his views on things(even though he backed up everything he preached) but being glad he was murdered.... leaving behind a wife and children... is fucking disgusting.

I was hearing alot of that too. And it was tearing me up inside. Then I saw Allie post this, which gives me a little more comfort. Allie Stuckey is also a popular conservative and Christian voice, who was close to Charlie. They have had many appearances together. I believe with her closeness she may have a little more accurate info than what's buzzing around the internet.

Oh I know. Being a father to young kids myself, my heart breaks for them and Erika. That's the thing that blows me away about some of the terrible comments coming from some people. Regardless if you likes him, can at least have empathy for the loss of life and the loss of a son, father, and husband.

Bro you’re right. I’m in the middle of a lawsuit against a reporter for a made up story they wrote about me. They had a video showing me innocent and they wrote the story anyway. Good news is they are agreeing in court to drop the article and print a retraction but I had to take them to federal court. Ot was a fucking hate crime road rage hoax. They LOVE it when the super rich make up blue collar folks fight each other so they can have more gun control and more money control over us
I hope you at least get your attorney fees covered. Really you should be able to get a defamation judgement. Sorry you had to go through that. Even though it’s been debunked, it was still a huge time and money suck I’m sure.
Yeah all that is happening. When I had a warrant I gave the video to the reporter to clear my name but she went with the defamation article anyway. I have too much video emails and other evidence. We already have an agreement. It’s not even being fought. The article is coming down on the 15th of this month after the court stipulation. A retraction will be printed. I don’t care about money from the newspaper I want the police to pay. Them guys knew I was innocent. They destroyed the video evidence not knowing I kept copy for myself. The one officer tried to say he witnessed it. Found out he’s screwing the woman that made the accusations. They searched my families houses with no search warrant then pulled their guns in my dad mom grandma and 5 year old son. I have never been against police but after this I’ll never respect them again. I called the troopers and local city police and the FBI to have this cop arrested and nobody touched him. If I pulled a gun on that cops family I’d be arrested and in jail forever. When a cop gets away with drawing a gun on a 5 year old kid and nobody does anything then we have a serious problem. That cop should be in jail. They protected him. I’m completely disgusted with police now. At least one of them should have slapped the hand cuffs on him and said that he is going to jail but not one of them did it.

Just my two cents, but this is partially our fault. Gay people and crossdressers have been around since what I’d assume the beginning of time. She didn’t sho up to court. We’re filing the writ of execution and I’ll get 25% of her pay for 10 years or until the judgement is paid off. Plus I can worse her bank account and suspend her license. They treat it like child support with something like this. I just can’t take her house but I can take her car. If she sells her house my finds will be taken from the payment before they pay her. That’s good. The other woman has had three lawyers and she keeps firing them. Everytime we send her new lawyer the evidence she fires her lawyer a couple days later. Ok the 15Th is our court date. I will probably win on summary judgement. The police want to fight it but my lawyer tells me I have such an amount of evidence that my case is too strong to lose. Police tried to get it dismissed but it’s going to trial. The sheriffs that red flagged me were pissed because the state troopers do the red flags on people. The trooper voluntarily took back the red flag complaint because my lawyer sent him the video. I am still pissed and it’s been a year. I
Won’t settle even if they offered me everything I wanted. I want to go to trial just so a jury and news station can tell my story. Tell the public how they lie on police reports to falsely convict people. That way it ruins their credibility. I want it public so when trials come for people they arrested that the people arrested get a not guilty veridct
