+ 4 Red Light Therapy

ad

Considering I'm now a believer in this voodoo I will share my experience.

The first device I bought was on the cheaper end, very minor effects. Then I did some research and ended up getting the shine 2024 model. About a buck and a half

First things first, I had a knot in my right calf that no matter what I tried to do it simply would remain. After 2 weeks of use and two sessions per day at 3 minutes each. The knot is completely gone. It's such a relief. That was the reason I bought the thing. I'm very glad it worked

Next up, a small pea sized gyno lump on my right side. It's now completely dissolved along with some skin tightening in the area I'm guessing I had some fat I was carrying there.

After some research due to success using it I have found a few other positives this device can bring. Let's see, crow's feet wrinkles. I pretty much only have them when I smile, to say the least they have almost disappeared. I've been treating the two areas for about 3 weeks now at 1 minute per day each.

On to the next, I very rarely get anybody acne, but when I do it's usually one giant cyst. This time I've had one on my shoulder area that was very stubborn, literally gone within just a couple days after blasting it.

And last but not least, I've had one tooth that is a bit darkened or bruised looking from when my daughter chucked a toy at my face and I wasn't looking. I hit the gum area at random with no set schedule, and right now 3 weeks later the tooth is starting to turn back to a normal color. I'm a bit astonished

Luckily I don't have any problems with hair loss, but my older brother does and I might let him borrow this thing to see if it works for him. I also want to try this on my dog's patella, there seems to be great success with animals of all types including horses. I have yet to give her a session now and she is 13 years old.

Just figured I'd share my experience here if anybody else knows any other good uses for this thing health or medical wise. Please share your findings

Thanks

Ps.
Makes me want to visit the red light district now. I wonder what this thing can do for my wang lol jkjk

Double Ps

My wife's clit doesn't work anymore she says. I'm trying to get her to beam that thing for a minute or two before playtime, but she is reluctant thus far. Research points to a lot of corrections down there in the feminine area from use.

I think that's about it

Yeah man, it seems like some nonsense wizardry, but skin cells, among many others things in our bodies like our hormone producing glands are triggered by light wave exposure & with various wavelengths having their own effects on mitochondria & epigenetic expression. Red light triggers mitochondria to reproduce at a high rate, produce ATP, causes local autophagy allowing the local cells to rid themselves of waste and brings new healthy cell production. It’s weird but truly useful, especially when combined with other regimentation therapies. Sunshine man, who knew?

Appreciate that info, I wasn't sure of the exact mechanism of how it works but I get the gist of it now haha thx!!

So I work out at a little private gym in my apartment complex like a hotel gym, it really sucks, sometimes I feel like I’m almost doing a prison workout cus I gotta get creative. But anyways I also have a membership in town that’s a nice gym and I’ll go there as often as I can for tanning and legs. Just found out today they have a red light therapy machine. It’s a huge standup booth like a tanning bed. Are those as good or better than what you’ve been using, since it’s like a commercial machine is it like super awesome mega cool or more like a shitty gimmick? Either way I’m gunna start trying it out

Maybe check out inmode Rfal for gyno, supposedly effective also

The NuLift skin tightening does radio frequency. Another one much more powerful apparently is
MLay radio frequency device. Who knows if they work

From what I have found out and some people claim they do not lose fat with red light therapy until they really lower their sugar intake drastically. Too much insulin and it's just pushing the fat right back into the cells instead of being processed. They use both type devices for breast reduction in women and gyno in men. Red light or Rfal.

The stand up machines hit everything all at once, the one he uses is for targeted areas.. The ones I have are big square things but they need to be pretty close. i've considered building a full on enclosure to stand in, I kinda like making things myself rather than buying them premade, plus I'm cheap when it comes to self care.
Closer is better with redlight

What kind of benefits do you use it for? Ever hear of it working for gyno like this dude said?

I haven't. I use it for overall health and inflammation

ForeverFitBod1's picture

Definitely helped release a nasty migraine knot, but yeah general health is what I was reading about also. Some doctor out there is beaming guys ball sacks claiming it raises testosterone levels lol. But it had my attention learning about its effective treatment against Parkinson's disease. Interesting

Kind of remind you of those Sci-Fi movies where they just scan a laser over an area, usually it's red too. Are they trying to tell us something we don't know haha

I used to think this kind of stuff was essentially snake oil. That is until I read up on it and gave it a shot. I'm now a believer as well.

Nah it’s whatever murder doc story she’s following on TikTok, completely consumed! Bro she’s definitely got the crazy, even after almost 30 years together, she’ll still flip on another female if she more than glances in my direction, that’s been with her since high school lol. I wouldn’t change a thing though, she takes care of me, treats me like a king

From the title I thought this was going to be an entirely different sort of “therapy”……

I went to Amsterdam for a little red-light therapy and it released a whole lot of built-up tension.

Interesting - I wonder if it will work on Rotator cuffs and shoulder tendons!! LMAO Hey wouldn't that be something, and it also speeded up muscle soreness. Funny thing is at some point in the future things like that will actually exist.

ForeverFitBod1's picture

Hey bro!! Yeah that's definitely a good question. That's definitely one of the hardest and longest areas to heal. I know when I broke up this knot in my calf I'm like why didn't I find out about this sooner. I also used a chart of myofascial trigger points of the calf and used those

How much was the current unit that you use?

ForeverFitBod1's picture

Sure, this one was 160$ including tax. You definitely begin to feel the area start burning once you go past the one minute mark, it's not anything unbearable and the area will remain slightly pink for just a short period. The area will be warm after session.

The battery has a burn in period. So instructions say to run it down to zero and then recharge. For three times in a row. I'm not sure if that's the same for other brands

The first unit I bought and returned I did not feel any sensation at all.

That might be worth the price to deal with the acne i get every time i'm change the amount of androgens i'm taking. My back is a mess for at least a month every time.

There have actually been some people to incorporate red light therapy into penis enlargement exercise routine. I believe they felt it helped them heal the damage from the exercises faster than normal. On youtube the channels BD - Peak Male Physique and Hink are both all about PE. Supposedly it's not actually all just a bunch of bs preying in dudes who are insecure about the size of their junk.

Rosschestzip's picture

That would make sense. Supposedly the only effective enlargement is the stretching and hanging with weights, so to heal faster from that “workout” and then be able to do it again faster seems like it would help somewhat. Personally I’d rather gain some girth but I don’t think there’s anything for that yet

I know a doctor that does penis injections for girth lmao. I'm assuming it's something like botox but not sure

Rosschestzip's picture

Ya shits insane, it leaves your shot looking like a potato that was launched by an rpg. Idk why anyone would ever attempt that shit. I’d have to have a grain of rice for a dick to even consider that shit. If it’s the procedure I’m thinking of

Black90tsi's picture

Dude on youtube Ryan Russo had stem cells injected into his dick in an attempt to make it bigger. I think he said it made the base thicker permanently. Any dr bringing a needle near my dick is getting punched in the nuts.

Black90tsi's picture

There's def exercises for girth too. I'm sure you could find what they are on those 2 youtube pages. Those guys also run a subreddit all about this stuff and there are a few forums online dedicated to it as well. I believe ones called thunders palace which has been around for like a decade.

I know that there's a big thing about penis pumps these days. Bathmate makes some pretty impressive claims about what's possible. However it sounds like you'll lose some of the gains if you stop using the pump as frequently. I've done some research on this stuff just but never actually tried anything out.

ForeverFitBod1's picture

Beam me up Scotty. I think Una needs some attention in the captains quarters

Seriously tho, havn't seen anything about enlargement. But in the fitness world it's typically used on the muscle group after a intense workout. Makes sense, get more blood flow going

Interesting tho lol

I’d try it for the gyno if you really think it works, how much is a cheap one, but no so cheap it doesn’t work

Hey, well that's the thing, the first one I got was like 80 bucks. And it called for 20 to 30 minutes of treatment per treatment a couple times a day. I felt some minor relief. But it was a pain in the ass.

However I did have a split on my bottom lip that would not heal for the life of me. I used the cheaper model on it and it began to heal pretty fast. But I can't say it was the device that did it because I also started a b complex and b12 regime at the same time. So I very well could have had a deficiency and that's why the split finally healed.

One of the reasons I got the higher-end model was due to it being more powerful and only requiring 1-3 minute treatments. Also making sure hormones are in spec, this thing definitely ate up the glandular tissue after a couple weeks of consistent use. It was never noticeable or bothersome to justify a surgery, but it's nice to to press on the nipple and feel nothing at all. But now this one nipple is tighter than my other one lol I definitely had some fat there, apparently it dissolves and is absorbed by the lymphatic system.

I returned the first one and then double down and got this one. So far it's been money well spent so I wanted to share my experience here. They're also appears to be more effective and powerful brands than the one I got.

Definitely do not start at the three full minutes right off the rip on the nipple. Had a little bit of burnage that felt like a sunburn and had trouble sleeping. After that I decided to not put it on the nipple and go just under it and but point the device upward. Also I have no clue if it will work for anyone else or any of these instances.
