+ 1 B12 + estrogen + sleep

ad

Hi all I had a deficiency in B12 folate about six months ago. Which was odd as it's always in normal range. I suspect certain gear possible caused the depletion. Anyhow I was having sleep issues which have now subsided, my blood work is good now, it took several months of supplementation to get it into range.

Along the way I learned a couple things, and it's no wonder my sleep patterns were restored after my levels came back into range. Ahhhhh

A deficiency in this vitamin appears to also correlate with estrogen breakdown but that article is hard to understand stand for me. But if I ever have an issue I will be sure to check for a deficiency first, Rather than upping my a.i.

If your levels are normal. I don't suggest taking any. It can raise your rbc, which can result in higher BP, which can result in kidney damage.

I went through a few month period of taking a cat nap everyday, even at work lol. I knew something wasn't right so I dug until I got to the bottom of it. From now on I will make sure I check the levels myself after blood work. My Dr. didn't pick it up. I've never tried the injections either but I've always wanted to. As far as my understanding if you are deficient it becomes even harder for the body to absorb it from foods, be downward spiral type thing which I believe happened to me. I cannot say for sure that certain gear caused the deficiency but I suspect it

PS. I had to take it in the morning time, I tried it once in the evening and I had trouble sleeping. Now my body conks out at a specific time every night, and I get up around the same time everyday. Just like I used to. The gains during that period were subpar. Whether it was the wacky sleep patterns or higher estrogen which affected them. I'm not sure. But I do use half the amount of aromasin than your typical dose.

Hope this can help someone out there

I might look into this, my sleep has been crappy lately.

I started taking an herbal supplement called Sleep Calm, which is helping me get into REM sleep (I wake up to pee and for the first minute or so still have crazy weird dreams floating through my head) and waking up feeling refreshed, but if it's really a vitamin issue I'd rather go that route.
