Got hired doing HVAC for a hotel. Told I was working day shift 7-3:30. Then they scheduled me only for nights 3-11:30! I told him I needed days to take care of my son. Then after I get hired he fucking told me zero day shifts, only nights!
Today I clocked in, then had to use bathroom. I came out of bathroom and he told me I was late because I didn't have work shirt on yet. I apologized and said I didn't know it was a rule and it literally would take me 10 seconds to button up. He then said he was writing me up!
Things got heated, I told him to fuck off and it went downhill from there. Fuck it, I've got savings and leads on a new job already. What a waste of time.

You absolutely did the right thing. Just focus hard on finding a job quick and float on. Fuck that guy!
1st. At least you did not invest a lot of time in this place. Best to find this bullshit out before you spent too much time there.
2nd, you have savings, smart. The worst thing would be stuck without a job and trying to take care of your family.

Thanks I told him in interview I needed to pick my son up from school by 6 every day. He said no problem. Then scheduled me for all nights! I even got HR involved and they didn't do anything. Big fat fucker that thinks he's jacked.
Hire a room for the night and leave the biggest turd possible on the bed LMFAO.......jk
