Quarantine fun
Ok. This quarantine life is getting old fast. How can we spice it up? Well, I made my first move last night...
FUCKIN MOHAWK!
I look like a shorter, smaller Eddie Hall, with a full beard instead of a goatee. I am killing it right now! (also, i kind of look like i should be a cage fighter, but know ZERO martial arts... either that or like i should be in a sweet metal band)

No one's gonna see it beside's your chick and a couple people at the grocery store.. maybe the door dash driver.. WHO CARES?! QUARANTINE LIFE!!!
And in a week I'll go shaved head. I always get a fade, so I really don't know the true shape of my head. If I ever lose my hair I'm gonna have to shave it anyways... might as well get a preview of what it's gonna look like.

Season 3 came out Friday. Def. a binge worthy series.
I think I'm gonna start watching some Netflix TV shows. Sometimes we have to get away from these news stories that are always the same every day.
If you live alone you get bored, if you have a family you have to put up with the wife and kids. lol

I didn't go the MH, but farted around with reshaping my goatee - wife likes it....and I have learnt an amazing amount about investing in shares, share market terminology and how it all works.

Luckily, we are far more technologically/medically advanced than 100 years ago, but we are still an organic being which hasn't evolved as quickly as technology/medicine has.
We are just as susceptible to pandemics as we were 100 years ago....that's the problem.
I hope you, me and everyone here comes out of it with their life....new knowledge/skills is just a bonus.

Yeh bro I get it. Love to steal your idea and rock a mohawk but when im not quarantined, I work in health care. DEFINITELY won't fly. I dunno,,maybe I'll strip my hair gray,,,that be different and Definitely strange. Lol
When it all kicked off and Boris made the announcement the company I work for gave all employees 3 weeks to quarantine starting Monday but changed their mind and brought us back in the next day. I imagine they saw their own bank balance stagnate and thought it best to ignore common sense.
On the Monday I managed to:
Power wash the patio as well as pullout the old pointing, clean the outside of the conservatory, paint the outside of the back garden fence, build a recycle bin storage while the whole time mess around with my kids. I had plans for each day, it was going to be the silver lining to all of this madness and unhappiness.
Instead I’m avoiding touching things and I’m worrying about standing to close to anyone who looks a little frail or above the age of 75.
Reading that back it doesn’t sound like fun but I had a blast. I wanted to make some birdhouses with some left over wood I have, I’ll smash that out tomorrow. You don’t get more exciting than that.
I had some wood work projects planned but it's pretty much total lock down here - no hardware stores open. I've got three motorbikes and those suckers are looking the cleanest they have since I bought them. Funny how boredom can make even minutiae interesting.
It’s for the best mate, our death toll here in Britain keeps racking up yet people are still out window shopping and passing the time drinking coffee.

Yeah - of course it's for the best, my wife doesn't want me to leave the house 'coz I hit the CV top 5 'Want You' list.
I do need to get out of the house, but I'm not being casual about it. I can clearly see the threat.... I watch the global news all day....sometimes I have to watch some stupid cat video on FB, just to escape the all-pervasive doom scenarios.
