Pump it up mf*cker
Alright homies and hometes, as some of you might now, I am not much of a technology geek and more of a old school even thought I'm not that old, but fuck I hate spending too much money in electronics, specially If I feel like I don't need it because the old one still work, you'll get my point(I'm a cheap bastard)
Anyway, this week I got me a fucken IPod touch and some One of those bad ass ear phones called Beats, the ones with a "b" on it, but here is my dilemma, I don't know what songs to upload on this bitch, my mind is simply blank and can't think of many songs to get a phucken pump at the gym, so here I am with my eroids gang asking for ideas. So what songs motivate/inspire/pump you up at the gym? Help me with songs and artist with the coolest baddest shit so I can pump it up at the gym

You sir have good taste in music...lol....goin see bls on the 27th!
Thanks bro. I drifted away from metal for awhile in my life but at some point you just realize "this is the music I identify most with" and embrace it. I even attempted to give country a chance a couple times, just couldn't make it work.
I just cant do country but if its playin wherever I might be I can tolerate it. Now that techno/dubstep stuff, I'll just leave it's annoying. It sounds like background music for some robot porn shoot...lol
Now you're a Hall and Oates type of guy?, lol
Or Peter Cetera....lol
Been listening to mushroom head a lot. I like the angier/harder side of music when lifting.

just one band can keep you busy for awhile brother, METALLICA...I understand some of you young guns that embrace and love death and speed metal. I'm just an ole bastard and can't understand the gutteral vocals of such. for me the lyrics still have to have meaning lol

I have just rediscovered Fear Factory. For some reason I didn't really like them before but they keep popping up on my iTunes radio. They have some pretty good stuff.
RustyhookerTheir drummer is phenominal!! He's mellow chill too. Regular dude. I usually stick with hardcore but some metal gets the blood pumpin.
