I hear you fella. Feels like the story of my life. I'm trying to cut which is proving challenging given I've recently been promoted and need to work longer hours which means it's either cardio or lifting and so i of course prioritise the lifting. Good luck and happy new year.

Lol brother Flash! If that ain't the truth! I worked with an older gentleman years ago who said before you know it it's going to be Christmas and this was in February! I was very young at the time and thought he was nuts! But it's so darn true! Lol
