+ 4 Nick Walker
This fucker is a beast for sure, but I mostly like how he goes about his business. Had a bad tear and is coming back strong . He has changed his routine to lighter weights and more strict form and says he has had best gains yet. I have followed suit and for sure muscles are more sore than ever. I really think the ego thing of going heavy is so strong most of us men cant bear to lower the weights. I now really try to squeeze the muscle and contract hard with every rep. It looks like I am doing baby weights now but fuck it I dont care. More gains and less risk of injury are the side effect! Its actually mentally exhausting lifting this way as well trying so hard to connect the mind to the exact muscle, Was wondering if anyone else has switched up to this or not? I think Nick has legit shot at the Mr O title next year. Hes a bit blocky but my god he has a crazy look.

Wisdom for eternity! Exactly
You already know we on the same shit DeeMan
Yeah I do too. I think about it alot. How fucking uncomfortable is it? Is their digestion good? What's the blood pressure looking like? Id be a sweaty light headed mess that wouldn't be able to take a healthy shit with a hemorrhoid in my asshole the size of a walnut
Yeah, you making sense bro. I’m not young enough to be that big, but I still chase size though. Just passed 230 on my little G-Body frame. They’re pros and cons. I don’t like stairs, jumping up or down, but damn I look good in a sling shot! Haha if you don’t have hemorrhoid by the time you 40, you did something wrong, you need to go back and live some more life. Idk about the size of a walnut though lmao. I’d be at hospital, with my cheeks spread, holding a doctor at gun point like…. you better fix this if you wanna go home.
I bet you look pretty damn big at 230, I am an inch taller than you and I know I would look completely different!! LOL Never gonna happen though for me, bones and skeleton aren't thick enough. Maybe an IV supply through the night of Aminos and Glucose would work LMAO
Haha you’re not far off with the IV concept, I’m a night eater. I actually believe I have “night eating syndrome” haven’t been diagnosed but fit all the criteria. I wake up around every 90-150 minutes throughout the night and eat something. It’s good for growing but terrible for rest. I’ve been like this as long as I can remember.
I always get up mid sleep to eat as I wake up and cannot get back to sleep until I do, but this does actually stop when on TRT after a week or 2. Back in my crazy Tren days no joke - I would wake up 2 to 3 times to eat every single night, it felt like I never had a proper nights rest BUT I kept growing and getting stronger because of the trenbolone, it was crazy. I can actually tell if I have slept 8 hours solid with no getting up to eat that my body is in catabolic mode and feeding off itself, if I get up after 6 then I am still fine.
When you describe not felling like you can get back to sleep without eating…. That’s night eating syndrome. It’s very hard to differentiate the fact that I train hard and my body is always cooking needing to repair tissue from an actual eating disorder, at least for me.
I've just had a read about it all bud, it says its also related to hormones fluctuating around the clock that are related to hunger - which would say to me anabolic steroids. Personally I have never had it when not running gear, and when I just run Test I don't tend to get up either in the night. I think its the added appetite and uprated metabolic activity together with other things like NPP and Dianabol. The body is just in a constant state of wanting to rebuild, and when it is empty it wants more protein and carbs to repair itself with. Have you ever had it off gear?
Yeah what you said makes perfect sense in relation to aas. For me though, I’ve had this as long as I can remember. I’ve only been enhanced for two years. I started gear when I got out. When I was in prison, I would set out little meals for me to eat when I got up at night. Like a peanut butter sandwich, a bar, or something sweet. It’s really a bad a habit. I’ve been able to manage it with just protein shakes. The sugar and carbs is no good when it comes to insulin sensitivity and potentially type two diabetes
Take Magnesium tablets if you don't already, thats supposed to be good for increasing insulin sensitivity again and avoiding type 2 diabetes. Great also for blood pressure as it relaxes blood vessel walls and maintains proper heartbeat. I've just started using it.
Haha hell yeah Press, I’m already there. I take Thorne magnesium CitraMate 135mg every time I eat, along with 500mg L-carnitine L-tartrate. Also 400mg magnesium before bed.
Well Shit the bed bud - I thought I was hardcore doing the 375mg Tabs!!! LMAO
First time I took em I thought better do a quick catch up and 'Frontload' Lmfao
Well I took 2 tablets and damn 20 minutes later all my insides fell out of my arse into the toilet hahaha Yeh I guess I relaxed everything a little too much there ....
Lmao…. Is that why shit six times a day Press!? I’m just following a supplement stack that Vigorus Steve used when he ran a high test cycle. I feel amazing, my bloods have looked good so far, I’ve been on since the beginning of the year, and have just pulled more bloods, results should be in next week
You can tell his breathing is a little labored and when he starts talking in videos the first like ten words are all slurred like he’s hammered but it goes away so idk if it’s just anxiety being on camera and then he eases up or what it is. Also when he’s benching his stomach goes up and down with each rep because of his breathing but it looks silly cus it’s so fucking big and just inflating and deflating so quickly over and over lol
