GH Dosing / Wrist Pain

ad

Hey guys looking for your experiences with low dose GH and wrist/forearm pain.

I’ve been running a lower dose (with T) the last 12 or so weeks. I started with gray tops, then a kit from pharma, and now with keys 40iu kit. I started at 1iu daily and built up to 4iu. Didn’t notice the pain until I started with keys kit at 4iu. I’ve went back down to 2iu the last week or two but the pains still around.

I’ll probably stay at 2iu another week or two but it’s a pain in the ass so will drop to 1iu if it remains. Done a lot of forum reading and seems like many only get this pain at 4+ iu so just curious how many others experience this at lower doses of 1-2 iu like me.

I’m mixing 2ml in the 40iu vial and pulling 10 units = 2iu if someone can check my math for me. Thanks fellers

Growth hormone always eventually leads to searing pain in the hands and arms that ruins my sleep worse than tren and noisy neighbors.
Once the pain starts, lowering the dose proves ineffective largely and I have to cycle off it for a week or two.
Even 3iu is too much and ive tried the fuck out of supplements and stuff, only to some effect but it always comes back.

Math is correct .

I titrated up slowly (like over three months) from 1-3iu, then stayed at 3iu for like 5 months. Now at 4iu and CTS is there, but manageable. I don't think I'll be able to go higher than this without the CTS being prohibitive, which I'm ok with.

Yea math is good, I always make sure of actual test results when figuring up iu’s, dose. Some guys can run high IU’s an no issues, some run into sides even on low doses, try lowering the dose an finding the sweet spot

Thinking part could be that it was testing out at almost 50iu per vial, so the jump might have been to more like 5 instead of staying at 4, unless you took that into consideration.

Maybe I'm overly cautious, but I reconstituted and treated my gh by what the coas say instead of what's on the label.

Second this, I had 24iu vials testing at 30iu.

Yeah, my first 15s were 17 and my first kit of 40s was around 44

How was your titration schedule? How long did you run 1iu, then how big were your jumps? GH is a slow manifesting thing. Give it a month or two each time you bump up, and only bump up an iu at a time (some people go .5 at a time).

If youve done all that, you can try basic natural diuretics like celery seed or dandelion. I had some swelling of ankles and stiff wrists in the morning upon waking. recently added in Dandelion capsules and those sides have already basically disappeared. Also dropped a few pounds of water weight that the gh was keeping on me. It may or may not work for you, but its an inexpensive thing to try

Math is fine. Everyone is different so split or lower your dose. Listen to your body not the internet

I experience my hands going numb if I leave my arm in the same position for too long at 1iu. almost like I lose circulation way easier. especially at night. Also my joints at the elbow get stiff and feel crampy

3iu was where I got the issues at myself.
Lethergy and joint pain
I wasn’t ready for gh. Thats personal, I am not saying your the same but for the foreseeable I’m going back to school and sticking to test Blum 3

Your math is correct. Tbh bro my personal experience. Keys gh is absolute fire. I had the same experience at the beginning of the year. I was on 4iu from another source and changed over and 4iu made my hands swell like crazy, couldn’t even sleep at first. Igf on bloods was also higher than previous tests, good signs either way. Now I’m on 6iu and I get a bit of carpal tunnel but nothing crazy. I’m not sure the true difference but eventually my body became acclimated to it. Are you running anything else that will make you hold water? Or just the low dose test? What’s your e2 looking like? Also Crp and inflammatory blood marker?
