+ 2 motivation
About a month ago I was 10 weeks into my test and deca cycle, my wife came home and out of the blue tells me she is no longer attracted to me and she can't put up with the "bodybuilding bullshit" any longer, she is leaving. I am a bouncer on the weekends and three days later I am on my way home when a truck in the opposite lane veers to take a left on my right of way and hits me head on. I was. A little dazed and when I came to, they had driven off. I only had liability insurance and my car was totalled so I signed the title to the tow company to cover the tow charge. I was in a pretty bad spot in my head, and being on the gear didn't help much. This is when I took the time to actually look at myself from the outside in, I have been obsessed with bodybuilding a. s far back as I can remember, for the last 13 years I shave been training pretty religously, but I am that guy. The guy who stares at my idols in posters on stage and then eats everything in sight and blows up like pear. I walk around proud to be a "noncompetitive" bodybuilder and really I am just a strong fat man(extra sweaty lately too). In really have my exwife, and some drunk dude to thank for the chance to really examine myself and get my priorities straight. I have started cruising and will be cruising and blasting for the rest of my life. I plan on doing several competitions next year, and have started 20 minutes cardio after each workout. I have also started cleaning up my diet (one meal at a time, not too drastic to start), and as I sit here and wait on the bus to hit the gym, I have never been so motivated in my life.

These things will only make you stronger in the end, both physically and mentally. I have been a lost soul in the past, only to work like hell to change my life. Keep at it. As my wise deceased granfather would say...you gotta do what you gotta do until you can do better. I will always remember those words when I feel like life's struggles has it in for me....hope they help you too.
Had similar deal many years ago. Killed my ego and drive for a while. Looking back it ended up opening great new doors. Hope you have new adventures! Keep stompin!

It's good that you use your adversity to fuel you. You'll do well with an attitude like that.
