Just checking in with everyone

ad

Work has been busy so I haven't been as active here as I'd like to be. These are trying times for all, but sometimes we need to appreciate what's in front of us. My dyxmorphia is getting worse.Gains are great, feel incredible, but I always feel like I should look better. At work, almost everyone is unhealthy (I'm wishing no juju upon myself here) and not looking good. But I see a fat guy ant think, damn, his arms are 20", hes got an inch on mine. I'm running a new compound so its early to comment, but I do have some questions about boldenone in regards to biological effectiveness while similar compounds are already being ran. Anyway, just a feel free to comment kind of thread, I had a not so great week, but feel great. Skin on my kegs feels exceptionally tight... I'll post a calf pic.

Sometimes you also have to appreciate what is behind you too...like when you fart on that little Vietnamese dude lol. I fart on people I like all the time, it’s a sign of affection. Wish I could fart on some people here:)

Dysmorphia is a cunt. During a cut I look small and while I bulk I look fat. Why can’t I have the genetics of Kevin Levrone and blow up lean while loosing bf.

Keep grinding bro

Take lots of hgh and eat lots of protein. Like 50-70 grams of protein a meal. Trust me...

“You’ll only ever get as big as your wallet” is definitely a saying for this game.

Bud I think most of us think like that on here, I'm always sat thinking why can't I just be sat at a comfortable 16 stone all the time instead of this in between 14 1/4st that I always am now Lol Its why we keep on training and training all year long - because when you think about it what we do is pretty boring and routine compared to a lot of other activities and hobbies we could fill our time with.

Plus I'd rather be a bit body & strength obsessed than one of these losers who couldn't care less that just sinks an eight pack every night and a 20 deck Lol

Always chasing that extra stone, bf% and lift. We’ve gone to deep into the rabbit hole to turn back now!

I agree mate, it also keeps many of in line and teaches the value of determination and consistency which are all usable characteristics in real life.

Yeah I think every bodybuilder knows what you mean. Maybe Kevin had it too. If I look pictures back when I was competing. I think wow I looked good back then. But in that moment I felt small and weak.

Bro let the dysmorphia go. I have a theory that it gets worse the longer we are on cycle. Another reason to cycle safely and get off once in a while. Whenever I’m off, I stop thinking about who’s better or bigger or leaner. It clears the head and you can just be happy knowing that you don’t need to look your best.

In fact usually by the end of my time off I’m looking at myself like damn, maybe I don’t even need another cycle. But that’s stupid, of course we need another! Lol be safe and swole brother.

Are you sure his arms are 20"? I mean a puddle of blood looks way scaryer than it is. I imagine a puddle of jello looks big but it is an illusion. Head up Molinin. We are our worst critics. You will push yourself its who you are. The day I started lifting is the day I became "forever small" .

Hey bro, nice to have you back. I know what you mean by busy, life takes over sometimes . I am not always active here got alot of other boards to look too. But have stoped alot of accounts lately. Will stay around for a bit for now.

I think every bodybuilder has a type of dyxmorphia. This not always a bad thing if its isnt taking over your mind completely. The fat guys you talk about, should have a little more of this mind set.

I dont have hate to any of the people who are fat dont get me wrong. I even admire them, some are completely in there environment and dont care.
When i was young and i gain 5kg and its not planned i freakout.

At moment i am more relaxed but i think i will keep a diet all my life. It became a part of me.
