+ 11 I'm getting there @Press1

ad

This post is for @press1 who asked to see it, here it is brother! In all it's glory! Can't wait for this shit to be over.
First 2 pics are of just now, second two were of 6 weeks post surgery and one bonus one of the culprit to my injuries. These are the forks that crushed my leg, ankle and foot.

press1's picture

@CHIMAIRA75 How are you getting on with things now buddy? Smile

Is the leg getting any more stable - how is training going?

CHIMAIRA75's picture

I'm moving around without any crutches or anything. Since I can no longer do legs, I'm down to 4 days a week. So I just been doing EOD. Seems to be working out though, between muscle memory and a little kick start boost, you couldn't tell the difference from the waist up. The bottom right leg clearly had something still going in to it though. I suppose I'll be stuck with that for some time. Yes, it still hurts like holy hell, and have lost a significant amount of range of motion in the process. It will not define me. Period!!!

Did you get the Thumb surgery done mate?

CHIMAIRA75's picture

And no brother! They still haven't fixed my hand because now there's a dispute between insurance companies, now that there's a lawsuit involved. I gave this man word that I wouldn't sure him or go for workman's comp.
He gave me his word that he would take care of me for doing so. He's done nothing but shit on my since day one. I got the bar involved, a counselor in days, papers are filled. Now I just wait for that back pay they owe me for never reporting. They owe me from the day of injury. Then, they have to square off the medical bills, and the last stage, is see how much money the law grand me. It's looking like I may not have to work again, should I choose not to. Idk? We'll see? I'm in the 3-5 million dollar range when all is said and done. I can live with that. Who knows? Maybe I'll open a gym or something with it? We'll see..... Anytime can happen

Holy Shit Buddy!! I am not sure if you would still rather have use of your leg or not instead of the payout - or how you truly feel about it all now pal after time has moved on, BUT that's gonna be great for you mate if that comes off!! Just think pal - nice house big enough for your own custom gym inside, nice pool out the back, new car, nice kitchen for the wife etc etc. I had a feeling that things may end up going awry with your boss mate once things progressed on, people always say one thing at the time but then change their minds on it later. I am really happy for you bud, this will totally change your life for the better when its all settled Smile

That’s crazy! I’m glad things are healing up for you and it seems you’ve got the right mindset.

Have you tried looking into peptides that could potentially help you heal? They seem to be all the rave (among peptide users, anyways).

That's rough bro. Chin up and keep up the recovery. Smile
For what its worth, you came out of that accident alive with all legs and arms. I've worked a couple of those forklift, industrial incidents before, and the guys didn't come out as well as you.

Have you ever seen someone get impaled by forks like that?

Mac12769's picture

Seen plenty of impalements, but not by that. The last fork lift incident, the kid turned it wrong, in a hurry or something, idk. The load and lift dumped over, and then on him.

I know it brother! I thank God daily for that! Everytime I look up or touch my head and see or feel that scar on my head it makes me cringe. Just knowing how close I'd come. It's surreal

God damn, that thing wreaked fucking havoc on you. At least the latest pics are starting to look good again. Getting back to normal, worst of the pain should be over. Glad the recovery seems to be making good progress. Little while longer brother.

CHIMAIRA75's picture

Yeah, it did a number on me. You've seen it from the beginning, so you know. The worst if the pain is over for sure. It's a very annoying, extremely uncomfortable pain now. Strange sensations! It's getting there though brother! It's only a matter of time now!

In a promo × 2
Spool's picture

Yea, the lingering pain is something else. You feel the heat inside, weird notchy feelings in there, loose joints that feel grainy. Even falling asleep and waking up will fuck you up when healing that. All kinds of shit you can’t explain. The weird sensations are good signs though for sure.

So that piece of metal got mad at you for lifting all its metal friends it went to school with under ground. Then it attacked you to protect them. So now you have to plot your glorious return while all the weights are just hanging out on all the racks and floors with their boyfriend gravity thinking the the fork has saved them. That is some diabolical shit. At least you didn't get a external fixator. Hope you bounce back quickly I know it sucks my left leg is full of hardware and the weights in pt are embarrassingly small but like 3 our of 8 of my physical therapist were sexy ladys.

CHIMAIRA75's picture

Almost had to put one of those fixators on. They weren't sure if they'd be able to surgically fix it so soon with how mangled it was. I got lucky and the skin allowed for it. Thank God though! I couldn't imagine having those things coming out the sides of the leg. That would've been way weirder! Lol

It is super fun though. I had to adjust mine everyday that hurt like 8 bitches on a bitch boat. Oh and every retard that sees it asks questions so it starts the worst conversations.

Ohh man Oh man ...... I remember the first time I saw someone with one of those on, walked into a pub with his shorts on and sat next to us - he had come off a motorbike. Bro, I was almost throwing up - couldn't believe what I was seeing with the steel rods coming out of his fuckin leg!! Bad

Mac12769's picture

I've seen that. Way rough. I didn't understand it at the time, but in grade/elementary, we had kid for year or so in our homeroom in a wheelchair. Both legs with rods/pins, ALL way down and fresh. I remember the school nurse came in once a day and cleaned all the oozing, etc. All I knew then was some "farming accident". But was just a kid and no one wanted to get too close, you can imagine. Just did his schoolwork in the corner. Makes total sense now the deal.......

Ohh mate as a kid if I saw that I would of fainted for sure, thats grim as hell. Only reason I held myself together was because I was an adult with my mates drinking and couldn't be seen to be acting like a puff all scared and stuff LOL Was it there and then Mac that you realised what you wanted to do for a living?!!

CHIMAIRA75's picture

Yeah, that's some freaky shit for sure! What it came down to with me, was the skin. The skin can get pretty fucked up and blisters bad. I got lucky and the blistering wasn't too bad where they couldn't operate, so I was off the hook on that one. Should've seen the lol in the wife's face when the doctor told me I might be stuck with fixators for a month or so. She looked like she was gonna puke out pass out! Lol

@CHIMAIRA75
Hellow

I hope a good recovery to you ...
I know what feeling we have when we are blocked at hospital in the bed ....

From my side i lose easily 10-12 kgs in one week ,(surely because the food are well dosed for the sodium).

If your are on TRT from script don't forget to tell to take your dose at hospital and if your use AI etc ....

Like i said i hope a good recovery be strong my friend (•ө•)♡

Take Care & Be Safe (/^-^)

CHIMAIRA75's picture

Thanks bro! Yeah, I've definitely lost some mass in those first weeks. I was so out of it, I missed 3 consecutive weeks of my cruise dose. I don't think I even ate anything for a good 2 weeks or so. I'm almost afraid to step on that scale. By the time I can place both get down on that scale, I can only hope and pray that I hadn't lost that much.

Your welcome @CHIMAIRA75

Well from my experience, if you have long time ago of training, you have the famous "muscle memory" so if that's the case i'm sure your get your shape easily (^ ^*)/

For the good recovery to have good ratio of your hormone are very important.

If you have the opportunity try to take some peptides like CJC-12,95 DAC 1 vial / week or mk,-677
(this stuff push my IGF-1 level from around 250 to more 400 at only 10mg daily with TRT)

If you need to talk dont hesitate,

Have a blessed weekend and a awesome recovery.

Dont giving up (。・ω・。)

Sincerely,
Lundgren -

CHIMAIRA75's picture

I wish I could utilize peptides and GH for recovery. I would've been taking them. Unfortunately, I'm in remission right now from cancer. I can't take any peptides whatsoever, not GH. Far too high of a risk!
It's a beautiful time that we live in, that compound like these exist and expedite recovery processes/healing. I couldn't have imagined the day, as most probably feel but here we are. It just happens to be unfortunate to me that I can't partake.
The muscle memory will impact things in a huge way. That I couldn't agree with you more! Especially considering I was a Natty for over 25 years. So my foundation is built on my genetics and hard work. I've only within the last few years added gear. Just so happens that the chemo from my bout with cancer fucked up my endocrine system, so I wound up on trt. Being a natural bodybuilder for most of my life, and In my quest to find a cheaper way than a trt clinic financially, I found this place and these beautiful ppl on this forum. No question that I'll bounce back just from muscle memory alone. Only now, I've got plenty of "supplements" in my arsenal. FR sent
Thank you for your kind words!

Oh man ....
Im very sorry for you :-(
I hope sincerely the chimio work well for you ....

You have a good attitude and positive i like this.

Somewhere we all have a struggle in life, because sometimes life itself can be a long struggle for various reasons.

Look at some people who are condemned to die (like for example with Dolph Lundgren's cancer) and yet despite what some specialists say he is in remission and if all goes well he will have many years to live.

Whatever happens we must always not give up and keep fighting.

Try to see with your doctor what compound are compatible with your cancer for helping your injury on foot.

Don't giving up, it's 2025 and many people have proven that the impossible can be possible.

Have a blessed Sunday i hope the food are tasty in hospital →_→ Hahahaha (i hate the very low sodium in this food but it's better for blood pressure)

Take Care and like i said if you need to talk, any time .... Don't hesitate ヾ(・ω・*)ノ

press1's picture

I saw that about Dolph Lundgrens cancer the other day - he now says he is cured after it looked like he was going to die for sure?

lundgren's picture

Yes for sure @ 100000%

I think that when our time to die has not yet come we can suffer all the worst things in life that we can still survive.

(I see that's with UK SAS, US Neavy, UA Spetsnaz, French Navy, etc ... With lot brother and sisters who managed to survive after having been to Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, etc. and who died tragically in their native countries)

As i said, i strongly believe that when our time has not come, we can suffer the worst things that life can throw at us and we will still be alive.

Have a blessed brother,
Take Care ლ(´ ❥ `ლ)

You are going to have to explain this one to me lol - is it from a song?

Sithx66's picture

No lol it’s just parenting styles from the past generations and this generation. Nowadays a kid gets hurt and the rush to them make sure they are ok and take them to the hospital (which is else a healthier approach) . When I was younger and I got hurt they responded with why the fuck were you doing. You better walk that that shit off bc we don’t insurance. Or I’d get get smacked for for getting hurt lol I bet if I got hit by car they’d respond with dumbass why the fuck didnt you look both ways lol

press1's picture

HAHAhaha I get the joke now! Man thats nuts - so even if your child gets injured in the US you better have health insurance otherwise the ER won't help you???!! That's just wrong man. What happened to normal kind humanity where the staff at hospitals just get paid off the Government taxes like they do here?

Sithx66's picture

You could go to the ER and they would help but we didn’t have money to pay for that or health insurance to cover it. So if I got hurt bad enough that I had to go to the hospital my moms mentality was well who the fuck is gonna pay for that bc I can’t afford it. Hence “boy if i have to take you to the hospital ima whoop your ass” bc that money would have to come out of her pocket and them pockets were empty as fuck lmao. If I got hurt and it was bad id try to play it off around my mom lol. If she noticed she’d be like what the fuck happened to you? I’d say nothing and her response would be like hmm better not be doing any dumbshit and of course that exactly what I’d be doing lol

Thats good shit!! I got hit by a car and thats what i got, why the hell didnt you look both ways? Thats your own dumbass fault, bet you look twice next time!

Sithx66's picture

Try telling your parents how responding like that was wrong and they be like well did you ever get hit by a car again? O no? So you learned your lesson. lmao! Classic line in my household was - boy if I have to take you to the hospital ima whoop your ass.

Looks like fork attachment for a skid steer

In a promo × 1
CHIMAIRA75's picture

They're oversized for a skid steer, although we've used them on it. It's primarily used with one of the tractors. They were custom made. You can't see it in the pic but those forks are 7 foot long and 3-4 times heavier gauge. They were built for moving cars and trucks after pulled from the crusher. Nowadays, they're used for when we either need more reach or just something heavier duty.
