I need everyone's advice!
I really need everyone's advice on a problem.
I have suspected for some time now that my girlfriend has been cheating on me. The usual signs: if the phone rings and I answer, the caller hangs up. She goes out with the girls a lot. comes home late. doesnt answer her phone when i call. texts all the time and locks me out of her phone. doesnt let me go places with her.
Anyway last night about midnight I hid in the shed behind my old weight bench. When she came home she got out of someone's car buttoning her blouse, then she took her panties out of her purse and slipped them on.
It was at that very moment, crouched behind my old bench, that I realized i havent done flat bench flies in a while.
do you think i should add them to my workout or are cable flies good enough?

You say you don't want to out your FB friend, than post a few of the other places where you've seen this. Or better yet, ask your friend where he saw it.

When she came home she got out of someone's car buttoning her blouse, then she took her panties out of her purse and slipped them on.
It was at that moment crouched behind the boat that I noticed a hairline crack in the outboard engine mounting bracket.
Is that something I can weld or do I need to replace the whole bracket?
