+ 3 Heavy Handed OR Fair COP?? Your Opinion ....
I've just been reading all about this woman called Renee Good being Shot and killed by an ICE agent in Minneapolis as she refused to get out of her truck when asked to by ICE officers, then she tried to drive off.
The Videos of it seem quite dubious in terms of whether shooting her through the windscreen was really necessary when I'm sure she could of easily been stopped further down the road considering the amount of agents that were there and vehicles present.
On the one hand I was always raised to respect the Police and you do as instructed by them (especially when they have guns pointed at you!) but on the other hand it seems a bit unnecessary that a woman and mother has lost her life over this.
What's your take on this being weapons owners and routinely seeing Cops it seems shooting first and asking questions later?

It's just a shame, to see Americans killing other Americans, regardless of their positions/politics.
it pisses me off people are so fucking stupid to defend people like that woman who was killed play stupid games win a stupid prize
Being a dumb bitch was also why she lost custody of her kids.
She got what was coming to her, if you buy the ticket you gotta ride the ride
That women definitely had it coming because she hit him with her car, but that guy didn’t point his gun. He was pinned down then shot with his gun in the holster. Just my opinion.
Gun was out of the holster
In the hand of the border tack officer that disarmed him. You responded in a wildly dishonest bad faith way.
Just avoidable situations in general. ICE never got this heat until Trump. Every other president that did the same thing, nobody cared. It’s all TDS and a pathetic narrative, that’s what’s to blame above all else.
Ain't that the truth!!! Guess we can put up more faked kids in the dog cages pictures too.
Nobody else did the "same" thing.
Love how you fuckers completely overlook how our borders were completely overrun with illegals, and then cry when anything is done to rectify an unsustainable, unfair situation.
Mobs of insane, violent rioters seem to get zero negative judgement by people like you. You just bitch and complain and play victim.
Truth be told, if you aren't an illegal immigrant, and you aren't out commiting crimes, or bringing guns to a leftist riot, you have nothing to worry about. Go point a gun at ANY law enforcement offer and see what happens. Doesn't have to be an ICE agent, you're gonna die. Rightfully so.
A P P L A U S E!!!
Cool story, enjoy that boot.
The way to reverse the previous administration's policy would be to put way more resources into the courts. That way the courts could start issuing deportation dates on mass. After that when people fail to deport by the date they were told you send ICE out for targeted enforcement. What they are doing now is antagonistic chaotic sloppy inefficient and the real goal is to punish Trumps perceived enemies. Most of the violence so far has been ICE and CPB violating peoples rights then lying about it till a judge throws it out. Trumps supporters love a child rapist almost as much as they like seeing American citizens have their constitutional rights violated then they call everyone else stupid while pretending 30ish percent of a country is the majority it's fucking sad.
Name a few cases where rights were violated.
Has ICE violated US citizens rights
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has been accused of and found to have violated the rights of U.S. citizens through numerous documented incidents of wrongful detention, deportation, and Fourth Amendment violations.
In early 2026, investigative reports and lawsuits have highlighted several ways ICE has infringed on citizen rights:
1. Wrongful Detention and Deportation
Mass Detentions: According to investigative reporting by ProPublica, over 170 U.S. citizens were detained by federal immigration agents in the first nine months of 2025 alone.
Erroneous Deportations: Historical data and recent findings by the American Immigration Council indicate that ICE has deported dozens of U.S. citizens in error, including as many as 70 people between 2015 and 2020.
Specific Cases: In July 2025, George Retes, a disabled U.S. citizen and veteran, was reportedly pepper-sprayed, tear-gassed, and held for three days without charges during a raid in California.

2. Fourth Amendment Violations (Search & Seizure)
Warrantless Entries: A 2026 whistleblower disclosure revealed an internal ICE memo (issued in May 2025) instructing agents they could enter homes without a judicial warrant. Legal experts and federal judges have identified this as a direct violation of the Fourth Amendment.
Racial Profiling: Reports from Brookings and the ACLU document instances of citizens being arrested based solely on their appearance or accent.
Database Errors: In the landmark Gonzalez v. ICE case, a federal judge found that ICE violated the Fourth Amendment by issuing arrest requests based solely on flawed electronic databases.

3. First Amendment Violations (Free Speech & Assembly)
Targeting Observers: ICE agents have been accused of using force and intimidation to stop citizens from recording or observing their activities, sometimes threatening to designate observers as "domestic terrorists".
Arrests of Protesters: In February 2026, the ACLU filed lawsuits alleging federal agents violated the rights of people documenting and protesting ICE activity in cities like Minneapolis.

Accountability Challenges
While citizens can technically sue for rights violations, legal experts note that federal officials are often protected by qualified immunity, making it difficult to secure compensation in court. New legislation has been introduced in 2025 and 2026 to make it easier for victims to sue federal agents for constitutional breaches.
How is so&so filing a lawsuit alleging that ice did something documented proof of anything? Any soft ass liberal with messiah complexes can file lawsuits against anyone “claiming” they did something wrong. I can file à lawsuits against you saying you crashed my car & wouldn’t pay the damages. Simply nonsense! Your example of violating the protesters rights, did you mean to say the vandalzers that were attempting manslaughter & straight up homicides by throwing trailer fulls of brick off overpasses at cars driving 70mph? They shouldn’t have violated their 1st amendment rights by arresting them, they should have shot every single person who threw “A” brick to death on the spot!! How has half the country become so delusional & detached from reality & LOGIC? 1 fact no one can deny is that half of them would not have survived this country or anywhere on earth 100 years ago. They didn’t put up with any unnecessary nonsense & weren’t all hard heads & soft asses. Also didn’t think they should be able to do anything they want without consequence, everything should be given to them & peoples feelings are the deciding factor for all life decisions. LOGIC was & should be more important!!
How about the dismissed case and the perjury investigation over that American citizen they shot in Chicago? That seems to be a blatant violation of her rights.
Immigration and Nationality Act (INA)
Much of that unfiltered dump is a result of local leaders openly defying federal law. Sanctuary ciry/state claims, and activist interference.
Total Deportation Volume
Between January 20, 2025, and February 2026, the total number of individuals deported from the United States reached over 675,000.
Proven or Settled Misconduct
There are approximately 50 to 70 cases where the government either reached a legal settlement or a court issued a final ruling of wrongdoing. This represents less than one hundredth of one percent of the total operations. These cases primarily involve the wrongful detention of U.S. citizens due to database errors.
Judicial Dismissals
Over 150 cases involving arrests for "interfering" or "assaulting" agents during street operations were dismissed by federal judges. These dismissals occurred after evidence, such as video footage, failed to support the initial charges brought by the government.
Context of the Narrative
While the percentage of legally proven wrongdoing is statistically very small (approximately 0.009 percent), the public narrative is largely driven by active, high profile lawsuits and visible street level conflicts that have not yet reached a final court conclusion.
Fake mod.
Real lib
@Gotem69
@Petecastiglione
Getting rid of all these fools Biden let in..
Oh, was that post to be.a personal shot? lol. I may have to cry myself to sleep now. lmao
Thought you were gonna boot me.
Is that what you want? Perhaps I once hurt your feelings? Oh well, I pissed a lot of people off along the way but cleaned this place up and I have zero regrets.
Ironic when you were a mod these types of discussions weren’t even allowed. You didn't clean anything up, you banned or silenced anyone who didn’t see things your way. Talk about a dictator. You’ve always projected yourself as better and more educated than everyone. Real tough guy persona. Your time as mod was the lowest eroids ever was.
If you think @Pale is bad you should meet his son!
Only a punk bitch would make a post about any of our kids. But you are likely worthless anyway
Don't forget: "personal attacks are bad form"
Knew it
Eroids is badass now. Wasn't on here back then. Sounds like a real shit hole if this sack of shit was in charge.
Yeah I remember busting you. And I would beg to differ on traffic in the forums now versus then., But it doesn't matter to me one fucking bit.
You're a nobody here now. Lol
Personal attacks are bad form. Pale is a solid guy that would have my back even though we don't see eye to eye on this issue.
Debating is healthy even this war like format. That is, as long as we can remember that at the end of the day we have more that unites us than divides us.
I admit I am very immature.
But to be fair, isnt quite a bit of what @Pale is saying personal attacks about how much better he than everyone else thinly veiled as "debate"?
Just like the comment below?
To be sure. But can't the same be said about me?
Talk with conviction and make your opponent question theirs.
And I am better and much wiser than you. Just saying. Take care now.
Oh there’s no doubt.
Wait... Am I banned? Am I in purgatory?
You're such a badass. Cleaning up the e-streets n all.

Awww you're negging now? You're a bitch. Obviously offended too. Keep em coming libby
It feels good. And I only wish we were in the real world so you could call me a bitch in person. Because I bet you aren't as ballsy in person. Unlike you I can disagree without saying stupid shit like you. Have fun.
You are a bitch.
Bitch.
You are only saying shit that old wimps that hide on the Internet say. "YoU WoULdnT sAYy ThAat in PeRrson TO Me".

Hilarious coming from a trumpet lol. Either way, I am good, thanks. Still likely far more successful than you will ever be.
Lol.
Prove it
Yes it was.
Yes they did? Look up the stats. There just wasn’t protest, only now bc orange man bad.
Which one did this exact same thing?
Clinton and Obama. Difference, media support, state and local government support = no left wing activism.
It’s really that simple ^
