As we all drown in gravy today, claw through monstrous amounts of turkey, go into a sugarcoma from pie, and are knocked out by the high doses of melatonin I say good day to you all!!! I will be hitting the gym hard today, but for sure be following it with plenty spoonfulls of KICK ASS!
