Letro Questions

I've read EVERYWHERE about Letro. I see all kind of different ways of taking it. I would just like some feedback on a pyramid I've created amongst all of this Letro talk. Would I pyramid it? Oh and I would be taking Oral GP Letro
Day1: .50mg
Day2: 1mg
Day3: 1.5mg
Day4: 2.0mg
Day 5: 2.5mg
Day 6: 2.0mg
Day 7: 1.5mg
Day 8: 1.0mg
Day 9: .50mg
Day 10: .25mg
I plan to use Letro ONLY for the sake of trying to get rid of these damn lumps once and for all. Since I'm not on a cycle and just using plain Letro do I need to follow it at some point with Nolva?

Letro can be very effective at suppressing estrogen related gyno. Keep In mind that it does this by inhibiting the action of an estrogen-synthesizing enzyme. Typically, this is something you want to do when you're taking aromatizing compounds. You're not on gear tho.
If you're dealing with some elevated estrogen levels from a recent cycle, then getting those levels down could very well be the answer for you. If its the result of a bad previous cycle, and your estrogen isn't elevated, you're setting yourself up for a rough time with letro. Either way, supressing estrogen levels only suppresses the gyno flare. It doesn't remove it. Only surgery can do that for you.
My advice is two fold:
1) get some bloodwork so we can see what's going on
2) tell us a little more about your past cycle history and when this issue started
Letro may or may not be right for you. Give us some more info so we can help get you dialed in.

I was a chubby kid and adolescent growing up.
I had a really bad first cycle between dosing improperly, pinning improperly, and no PCT to follow.
I've use Clomid at normal doses taken incorrectly still lost lot's of gyno.
Aromasin I dosed way too highly and took improperly. Also helped take a good amount of gyno back.
All gyno has returned due to poor dieting. Never again though. Took mistakes to learn a lesson.
Ok. So, when was your last cycle and what did it consist of?
Was a little over a year and a half ago.
100% honest it was homemade from a random guy I met at the gym. It was an oil and he said they inject baby cows with it. I quit cold turkey for no reason 3/4 way through. Lifted once per day kept my horrible eating habits up also.
The Aromasin was a year ago.
The Clen was recently.
My bloods were taken back in November. They came back all normal. Havn't taken anything since. Will get bloods when I get ahold of funds in the future if you advise.
Unless your estrogen is high, an AI is only going to give you negative side effects. If you want to get rid of your issue, surgery is really the best and only option for you

You'll more than likely want to introduce Aromasin at the end to prevent rebound.

He already is making the decision to do it. People run Letro off cycle all the time to try and kill gyno lumps. Is off cycle the best, no it should be addressed on cycle. I'd do it too if I was in this predicament.

If its a flare due l high estrogen then letro would be appropriate to lower the levels and suppress the flare. If its something from the past and estro isn't elevated, all he's gonna do is tank his estro levels. Then he's gonna have a new set of issues on top of the lumps.
OP needs to give more info IMO
I would think that if he's going to use the Aro to just keep it at 6.25mg EOD maybe even ED. If he's not on cycle taking that much Aro then 12.5 is going to shut his estro down. That's just my opinion.
I agree, I copied this from a previous post I made. The Exemestane shouldn't be used until the last days of Letro and then proceed as needed. I suppose Nova could be used instead.
I believe Nolva would be the better choice since its a SERM and not an AI.
Approx when should I take the Nolva and what would you recommend on the dosages?
If I remember correctly do your Nolva at night and small doasge around 10mg.
