How in the world do you guys get over your fear of pinning your gutes? I neer have, and at the rate im going. I never will. My mom has MS, and when we talked about steroid use I was asking her about her protocols for EOD Injects of medicine. She told me about the psyatich(spelling is fucked) nerve she hit a good deal of times. I have no problem pinning quad or delts, and those are the spots i rotate. But I just cant come to pin that spot lol...any tips... clues? I know I need to rotate spots..But fuck my ass i cant come to do it lol. Then I see all these FTM hormone regiment chicks and Im like how the fuck can they, and I cant lol

Tink22Rob I suggest if you're worried about the sciatic nerve that you read up on the Vento glute.
Although I dont know how your mother has hit it many times, but it's pretty esy to avoid. Top outer portion of the glute. Look at some pics online something. Inject tutorials they are everywhere.

I know how to pin it. I just havent because of that fear. Maybe i need to look at the anatomy more to see just where the nerve runs. I see dudes complaining of hitting the nerve going through their quad. But i never have. I guess I just let my mom freak me out about it. She recommended quads and delts since they were easiest. So Ive always stuck with that lol. Like I said, Ill just sit in the bathroom, and not leave till it's in my ass...nohom

Unless its from saying I talked to my mom lol. Im 24, Im in the Army. I just have an open field relationship with my mom. No topic within reason is off limits. Well, I made this like 2 and a half years ago or something if I'm not mistaken...Im assuming the age doesnt change if you dont do it manually? The weight and age arent correct anymore..Does that satisfy the thread?

Well it's a good thing you have 4 years to get over the fear before you start using steroids. You're 21, 25 is the youngest you should be using.
As I sit on my sore glutes from pinning I say that I prefer the glute
