If you haven't seen this it's pretty cool. He's got a good idea going. Show people that you can always come back to the fit side. Sure he had a little muscle memory and maybe some aas but still.

No way man. This guy lives in a good friend of mines hometown and is a trainer and trains at his gym. Look at his abs he stretched them out. It did some damage. He made a lot of money and sponsors doing it
Haha I know...he's actually fit in the end. It just looks a little brushed/his chest looks shopped. Pretty cool regardless.
His old lady almost left his ass. Imagine she's dating a guy that all her lady friends are wowed by then bam he's a fat hairy pig! He proved a good point. It's never to late!
