Everything I've heard about planet fitness is true!!! CRAZY!!

So my friend just joined planet fitness and brought me as a guest today. I walked in and was like wtf really!! They had a big sign, pizza the first Tuesday of each month for everyone. A huge bowl of tootsie rolls at the front desk and I couldn't believe they had signs that said " no lunks ". The sign read no body building tanks or string tanks, no grunting, dropping weights or gallon bottles of water. I wanted to start grunting and throwing weights just to see if the purple "lunk" light would really come on!! Oh and I had to call oldhead and ask him wth a lunk was!!! Still lmbo!!!

cmonsterAny place that has fitness in the name it is no gym for big guys I have checked out a few fitness places first off they have more treadmills than anything and most of them have dumbells that only go up to 70 lbs really I can lift that with my dick and besides that who wants to b in a atmosphere with a
Planet Fitness is a Non-Judgmental workout environment for its members.
Yet they have a huge sign up around the Lunk Light, describing and JUDGING what a, 'Lunk', is to them. o_0

i went on a "tour" with one of my best friends of the local planet fitnees. my friend litterally is built like arnold we were there 5 minutes and when the manager approached he politely said, "ill give you a walk through but we dont typically accommodate people like you" this was when i was walking at around 220 or so, and im 5'9" so we really didnt fit in, EVERYONE was staring at us, it was busy as hell in there. all old fat ppl and women on tread mills. we call it the "hamster planet" lol

when i went to one it had dumbells goin all the way up to 75lbs so i could do mad arm exercises on arm days. do they not have dumbells anymore? They even had any attachment you wanted for cables we used to do crazy supersets for arm days there. what changed? we even used to deadlift 405 slamming the shit on the floor. Must be more layed back in thr south
I had my experience with this people, read it on my post, its called "got kicked out of the gym" in case you wanna »LOL

i joined before they opened...i walked in, walked through, walked back downstairs and cancelled my membership, never even had one workout there! they couldnt pay ME to work out there....
I know me either!! I felt weird working out their and afraid I was gonna breathe too loud and that damn alarm would go off!!!
Its not the gym that i learned proper form in. Or deadlifts or squating for that matter. But You can still get a good workout in there if you try. Some have free weights or at least the ones where i live do. I mean, you can get a good arm, shoulder and back workout and tan. For $10 its a good option as a secondary

Sirk1981This was hilarious. I have see some morbidly obese people at Planet Fitness on the treadmill grunting and weasing like they were about to die. The staff told them absolutely NOTHING. But blow too hard during a rep and that damn LUNK ALARM starts a blaring.
