Cell phone plans!

ad

Hi ladies and Gentleman! I'll make this short and to the point!
My wife and I are looking to get new phones and plans! I'm not tech savvy so my wife who is better than me is doing the homework!
This is a possible Sprint plan:

-2 Samsung s8 phones
-Unlimited text, call and data 4g
-10gb. Mobile Hotspot with each phone
-activation fee waived $60
-$50 credit with the first bill

A monthly bill of about $135 for both phones!
How does this sound guys? Good deal or not! If you know of something better or have any suggestions, please share! Thank you all in advance for your time! :))

Ok thanks Rusty! We will look into T-Mobile! How does the pricing on the Sprint plan look to you?

Ok thanks brother GJ!
Edit: how does the pricing on the Sprint plan look to you brother GJ? Comparable to what you pay?

I've been with sprint , AT&T , Verizon and metro pcs, if you are in a city metro is the best ( cheapest monthly ) Verizon is my personal favorite, yeah I spend a little more a month but I've NEVER had a problem with signal . Sprints unlimited plan is terrible imo, I cancelled it after one month and went back to Verizon , it's unlimited until you get to a certain amount of gigs used then your phone slows down like no other , sometimes my internet would take minutes just to load a page. With all that said this is just my experience . I have Verizon and it's a little more a month but very worth it. Hope this helps bud

Thank you for a very informative answer brother! My wife and I are going to look further into metro pcs!
Thanks again for taking the time to respond! :))
How was the signal connection with Metro?

Brother depending where your at metro pcs kicks ass if you're in the city. Me and the wife are grandfather in because we only pay 50$ a phone 100$ for both that gets us legitimate unlimited data and everything.
Its not that way anymore but I know its 60$ for unlimited up to 10g then they slow you down but still a solid deal.

My sister highly recommended metro pcs! My wife is going to check them out! Thanks brother for responding and offering help! :))

No doubt be careful don't go for the other cheap ones like boost and cricket there network is really small metro runs on t mobile towers.
Good luck with whichever you get brother

Thank you brother GB! I believe our location will recieve good signals regardless of the provider! Now it just boils down to cost effectiveness and value! Thanks for the well wishes my friend! :))

Have you the possibility to pay a part for the phones and get therefore a cheaper monthly bill to pay?
135$ is not less...

Theophany's picture

I'm not certain if you can pay a portion upfront for the phones to lower the monthly bill!
What do you mean $135 is not less?

stairmaster's picture

ok, I'd ask if its possible cause mostly the monthly bill is than lower. I mean 135$ is a bit expensive, thats 72.50 per phone. For sure you have a good contract and nice phones but have you compared with other providers, maybe you get a simmilar offer a bit cheaper.

Thanks brother, definitely going to check out other providers! Just trying to get a feel on pricing and providers!
