tread-mWell go down and read in the thread I posted yesterday on this topic. The short answer is yes unless you change the things that are causing your current issue....cardio, cardio, cardio...then go look at all the good health tips in my thread by others . Not far down the list here as "BP help" or something like that.
ok read the thread great info!!! CARDIO CARDIO!! Still didnt answer my ?? if I should stop takin my BP meds while im on gear was at doc two weeks ago and said BP was great. Today is my 1st week on.
tread-mGrrrl is always right on it. .... Anyhoo, continue your meds. And get on the good habits and you may even need additional bp meds before you end up correcting the cause and thats fine. Have a feeling if you will take care of business on the cardio all will be good. Check your bp everday and at night once you have calmed and keep it in check.
AnonNOOO do not stop taking medications without your doctors approval!!!!!!
no im not gonna stop takin them!!
Anonsorry, that is a real pet peeve of mine. I am ALL for people being off medication, but doing your own thing with meds can cause all sorts of issues... maybe if you get in good enough shape you can stop taking them all together.. poly pharmacy is a bad thing to be stuck doing .. it will kill you eventually..
Anonmight help if you tell him where it is.. Is it in off topic or another thread?
AnonI would search the internet for drug interactions. But, I would think that you would also want to supplement with milk thistle and dandelion, regular cardio, some yoga and relaxation exercises due to the increase of blood pressure brought about by using gear. Yes I know some of that is grrrrly shit but do you want to be alive or laying somewhere wishing you had been proactive instead of reactive?
Thanks for the info my friend!
