So this is about an average day in the life of a Union Plaster Tender/ the guy who mixes stucco/plaster/fireproofing and runs the shit around to keep plasters on the wall and productive..some days a little less some days way effing more and shits heavy AF and still make time for the gym at almost 46

Working on school last year, one day hit 44k steps think it was about 14 miles. This was from my entire day thought, from leaving home to returning.
My feet, knees and hips hurt looking at that
Lol this is all after I had surgurey on both feet fucked up some toes real bad on left foot and they amputated them all down to the first knuckle besides big toe and hand bunion surgery from hell on right foot in February…..needless to say I won’t be wearing flip flops to the beach anymore lol……it’s mind over matter if I don’t mind it won’t matter

I hear ya. The factory I work in is two by three city blocks. I can be anywhere as maintenance. Even on the roof. Wherever a machine is broken. Us blue collar guys make the country work.
Wow that’s a lot of steps. I’ve done 12 hour days at Disney with the kids and didn’t break 25,000. Ouch!
Was just looking at some of my screenshots of the insanity called my days at work….tons with 45-75 floors along with 30k steps in 8 hour days lol
