Am I Middle Aged???
What's up fellas. I just turned 39, and it got me thinking. Am I considered middle-aged now?? Are all of my best days now behind me? Because when I think about it, statistically I'm closer to death then I am from my birth. It's just weird how years go by so fast and before you know it, you're 40.
Don't get me wrong, I feel great, I'm in the best shape I've ever been in, my health is great and I don't have any health issues. I know I should be grateful and I certainly am. It just makes me think when I realize that from here out, I'm kinda heading towards the end right? Your thirties are really like the major tipping point in your life. Like in your early thirties, you can say "oh, I'm in my prime". But then in your late thirties it has me saying "fuck, the end is much closer, and I'm not where I really wanted to be".
And I'm not depressed about it and sad, I'm just thinking about it and wondering if this is how a lot of other people who are my age think and come to these realizations?? I can imagine that being this age is probably 10 times worse for women. And I don't mean any offense to anyone who is older than me, I'm just wondering how other people feel about this. Any thoughts or opinions are definitely welcomed!! Thks fellas.

Life is really considered 25 years from 18 years on which is considered an age for adulthood but adolescence is considered up to 23. I think 48 and up is considered middle aged
Why is this 10x harder for women? I run around thinking I am still 25 most days ... unless I'm trying to do cross fit and then I feel 10 days older than dirt. but seriously I've never gotten more compliments in my life than right now. Age is a number just like on the scale .. it will always change ... life is about how you live it. did you do what you loved? I always thought that 40 would be difficult but now I just don't care .. the end will come when it comes .. could be later today could be 30 years from now.

Some reasons being a woman's "biological clock issues" and just how lots of guys like to go for much younger women. Keep in mind that I didn't say I do. While of course I find some younger women attractive and gorgeous, I also feel the same about "older" gals. Also, just all the other pressure that women must face in todays society. But you seem to have a great attitude towards life, so just keep it up!
But like I said, I love women of all ages and sizes. Well, call me crazy, but I just don't fancy 350 lb "big boned" gals! Just not my thing.
you'll have to work a LOT harder if you want to offend me. when my first marriage ended I was a bit freaked out. I figured who would want a single mother .. I thought that having kids and not being 20 was a lot to over come, i have since realized that age is a marker for people who think that numbers have some sort of magical meaning ... it's a bit harder when you're older and you have no self confidence and yes guys 'seem' to go for the younger chicks but it all comes down to who you think you are as an individual ... you get what you give and you can only give what you have ...plenty of guys out there who aren't tied to having a younger girl ... there are more important attributes such as confidence
Women have nothing to worry about. I met my gf when she was 34. She had two kids and I thought she was the most beautiful girl In the world. We’re still together and built a great life together. She took a big risk on me with the position I was in but I did right and didn’t let her down. Most men just want a faithful woman and loyal one. Young women can’t give me what my gf gives me. They got nothing on her.

I think you are on the money - hot chicks are usually egotistical/self-centred and therefore, it's the guy's obligation to please them, not the other way around.
In fairness, us dudes should be putting in an equal effort. I know I have always put in the work to get her off before or at the same time as myself. Now obviously after nearly 25 years it doesn't always work out that way, but that is still my goal.
I agree - I was referring more to casual sex than relatonship sex. I have always put the woman first in both scenarios, but have also experienced some selfish women when it comes to giving and receiving.

Actually a bodybuilder is in his prime at 40. The physique takes on a fuller more mature look. So, many good years ahead!

53 years old here brother and loving it! The wife and and I have so much more time for eachother now that the kids are all growed up and moved out. We had 6 of them so now its about us. Still pretty jacked too. People comment all the time when I'm out and about to the point its almost embarrassing.
One more point, not trying to give too much info but still having sex 2 to 3 times a day.
Don't fret about approaching 40, you still have many great years ahead of you.
