Small rant. Sick of the "Alpha" wannabes at the gym. You know the guy that lifts weights and has tattoos and walks SO SLOWWW around the gym like he has 45lb plates in his shoes while holding an energy drink like he is on a Monster Energy commercial. Im sorry dude. You aren't bigger than anyone so stop acting like you are 7ft. You don't have more tattoos than anyone so stop acting like your from MS-13. You aren't the alpha. Stop acting "hard". If you have to outwardly "act" alpha, try and look alpha, etc YOU Aren't alpha!j
I even hate the term "alpha" I feel it is overused and really I have met an extremely rare rare amount of people I would say are alpha males. And by rare I mean maybe 2. And those people don't look it outwardly, don't act it outwardly etc. The are unrecognized because they are comfortable in their setting without care.
