+ 2 A Basic Bulking Cycle for women

Being a female in this world is rather advantageous, we have the flexibility and freedom to pick and chose the compounds we run without being tied to running test.

A very powerful stack to start with is NPP/Prop. I highly suggest that if you have not run either of these compounds yet you run one at a time so that you may be familiar with the sides and which compound is responsible for it so you can adjust accordingly.

You can start with 25mg Prop and 50mg of NPP. I always like to start on the conservative side and adjust up rather than start high and have to adjust down.

I recommend you run the cycle for 10-12 weeks in order to reap the full benefits. You should notice increased strength and endurance by the end of the second week if not before. Side effects include the usual, hair growth, enlarged clitoris, raspy voice, acne, interrupted menstrual cycle, water retention. Side effects really are an individual thing and one person may expereince them all and another little to no sides.

This stack has been my favorite by far in terms of seeing really significant results.

Hey, I was wondering if you ran test cypionate, what would be the dosage for a female run?

i ve run test e .... I personally didnt care for it and prefer sustanon ... when i ran the enanthate it was at 250 / week

Hi Kodiakgirl,

I'm a newbie to the site-- I tried my first cycle of anavar this year with the goal to be at a healthier BF percentage, to gain strength and recover faster. Prior to starting my cycle I cleaned up my diet for over a month with a Nutrionist. She helped prep and provided guidance which I'm grateful for.

My anavar 6 week cycle went as follows:
Pills were 15mg each-- first three weeks I took half a pill and next three weeks took the full pill.

I am really happy with the results!! My physic is more muscular and my strength improved a lot resulting in big pr's across the board.

So here I am exploring my options and although I love var I want to do a bulking cycle first then var after some time next year.

I am really interested in your post. I just have some questions. Which compound would you recommend to start with first? As far as results what do you see is the difference for both products? And why do you like them?

I appreciate your feedback. Sorry for the long post

Bulking is really about how much and what kind of food you eat............ so in my opinion If I were you I d run another var cycle for 10 to 12 weeks ... 6 weeks is kind of like dipping your toe in the water to see if it is cold or not

Is it ok for a female to run npp only cycle for 10-12 weeks?

I'm finishing a 12 week cycle on var in 2 weeks time, and though I've had some gains, I'm nowhere where I want to be.

any advice would be most appreciated!

first off finish up the cycle and the issue of being nowhere near where you want to be is more than likely a training and diet issue so if those are where they need to be then all the gear in the world isnt going to fix it ...\

not really sure why you are asking if it is ok for a female to run npp by itself .... in the post above I recommended that you don't stack the prop/npp UNLESS you have run them both by themselves ...

I have tried primo mast and Eq, I cant handle them very well sadly
I thought about npp but wonder If this is too harsh for me as well..
What do you think about tbol for bulk @kodiakGRRL?

V's got it right, do one first and then add the other... I love both for different reasons .. I like to mix it up though and with the exception of sust or prop I use different compounds each cycle just to shock the system a bit

The synergy between test/NPP (short estered deca) is the magic within this bulking stack..... if you have never run test yet i would suggest you do the test alone for your first cycle then if all goes well add the NPP on cycle 2.......... hit me up if you need further details ok Smile

I like it and have done it, but primo is not going to add a LOT of mass so if MASS is what you are looking for honestly I d do a npp/deca prop cycle. Cutting and fat loss can occur with any cycle given that your diet is clean.
