Older guys

ad

Hi, been on here about 3 years or so. Used a lot of the sources. Was 300 lbs 4 years ago, am now 189 with clothes on, muscled, and not much loose skin left.

Will be 63 in a month or so.

Work out 1-3 times a week, lifting heavy shit and treadmilling, however, if I treadmill too much (i love it), I loose too much weight.

Since weight training, I have torn right rotator cuff completely severed and messed my right knee up doing leg presses at 280.

I forget that my body is 30-40 years older than the other guys I see training at the gym, but I notice I do train harder than most (not all) but to each his own and everyone has their own goals.

Would enjoy talking to fellow "older" guys, though I don't feel my age at all. Well. My arm hurts all the time and my knee sometimes. lol.....OLD GUY....but wife is happy.....well....ha

Way to make a transformation, especially in your sixties! Keep rocking it in the gym. It's fun to out push the younger guys in the gym.
