Theres a guy in my Gym of 79 years old, he still weight trains and cardio and looks at least 10 years younger,Bravo to him.

I turn 50 in 3 months, just posted some pics from my current cycle of gh and 500mg test. Feels good to have the youngsters throw compliments at you.

randys52's picture

I know. It's kind of surreal! How do u take gh? What's dose duration etc? Do u feel results from gh ? Ty

ErieToPitt's picture

I take 4iu every morning before I workout, and I don't eat for at least an hour afterwards, and skip one day per week. I also take the SARM MK-677 at night, which is supposed to give me a kick on my natural gh pulses at night.
Works good for me, I've been doing this for the past three months, and shredding is starting to happen. All the loose skin I had (I was overweight about 280lbs of flab) is almost gone. Like I said, I just posted some pics, and that was a couple weeks ago, I'm leaner than those now.

randys52's picture

Ty bro. Interesting. Had a guy ask me about excess skin after weight loss.....I completely forgot I did hgh for 6 months. Wonder if it is responsible?

ErieToPitt's picture

Could be, I hear one big result of HGH is skin tightening, and a thinner look. I have very little left, and I think it's mostly those hard to get rid of fat deposits, should be gone soon.

randys52's picture

I HAVE to use hgh again. Ty bro. Looking great!!!

palmcoaster's picture

Id be curious about that same question. Ive read and read and am still unclear

A mere youngster! Lol. Man that's great!

Well we're friends brother Randy, so you know I'm one of the more mature members in the community!
54 years of age and "half" walking dead! Lol
Keep grinding brother, you look fantastic!

randys52's picture

Lolo. Ah we ain't walking dead. Lol. How u doing man! You look frigging amazing! And ur just doing trt? Wow. Nice bro. What is your routine if I may ask? I am doing more cardiovascular than I have in a year and going back to lifting 3 times per week and treadmill other days. What do u do to look like a frigging movie star dude?! Great work man!

Theophany's picture

Lol! Thank you so very much brother Randy for your beautiful words! I so greatly appreciate them!
No, I am not a trt recipient and have only been running one simple cycle a year as this gives me more than ample time for recovery!
As far as the routine goes, cardio comes in the form of a speed bag and heavy bag, which I need to be more consistent with!
I usually only hit one bodypart a training session opting for high volume and utilizing moderate weight with high reps and time under tension! Intensity techniques are occasionally incorporated, drop sets, rest pause, ect.
Whatever it is you're doing brother Randy, keep doing it my friend! It would appear you have found the fountain of youth indeed! Keep grinding my brother
Also, I'd like to wish you and all your loved ones a most joyous holiday season! :))

Just turned 58 Randy, been inactive for 12 years with low testosterone levels at least the last four years if not longer. Back in the gym 8 weeks now and lost 5 and 1/2 stones in the last 5 months, getting fitter and stronger faster than I thought possible.

randys52's picture

Hey bro. Yes with decent genetics and u have muscle memory. I did not start ANY exercise until 4 YRS ago
so u r way ahead of me. But on upside I did not ruin my joints with YRS of lifting. But since starting I've torn both rotator cuffs. Both from chest press with weights on flat horizontal board. I don't try that anymore. Lol. Ty man

Last Chance57's picture

Randy with that weight loss did you have any problems with loose skin? I went on a strict diet losing a pound a day for 6 weeks when I started in the gym again.I've slowed this now and eating a more balanced diet to allow my skin to shrink gradually,if you had this problem what did you do to help it?

randys52's picture

Diet and cardio to sweat 3-4 times per week. I looked horrid with skin drapes around naval. Read on here to keep diet and cardiovascular and body will absorb the skin for nutrition. Worked. Took about 7 to 12 months. Ty bro

randys52's picture

Seems I am. Mmmmm

There have been a few guys here in the past that were in their late sixties and even older, but I'm sure they've died by now. LOL

I'm getting up there and I think it's great that you're still rocking it. That's my plan, so keep it up.

randys52's picture

Lol. Yeah they probably are dead! Lol. Ty man. I am restarting. Have been haphazard the past yr or more. Getting back into routine workout schedule. Treadmill ed 45 min last night and will lift today. Been back on test c 250 2x week and test prop 100 for past two weeks as kicker and today I actually feel MALE again. Lol. Will be 64 in 1 week. Going to run this cycle and work my ass off and eat clean. At my age I probably only have a few left am getting serious again. Ty man. I wish I could figure out a way to MAKE money from this activity. Merry Christmas man. And getting labs in 2 weeks after on 4. I washed out my estradiol with arimidex and proviron.

vhman's picture

Sound good. Just keep a tight eye on your blood pressure. Test can really raise it to dangerous levels, especially the older we get. Good luck.

randys52's picture

Ty man. Check it daily. Way good thus far.

zeusmarada's picture

Dude, to drop one hundred pounds from your frame is absolutely incredible! Well done. And I find myself bitching about wanting to drop 30 to 40... I've got nothing to complain about. You're an inspiration.

randys52's picture

Ty bro! I got 10 to lose now. Lol. Man it comes back fast without test and often without test I can't get out of the car to get into Gym Box. Lol

mk50's picture

Just turned 54, more of a powerlifter though. I still train hard, diet is the hardest part. The worst thing about training at this age is the muscle soreness I experience. The bodies ability to recover gets worse with age, as I'm sure you know. Keep up the good work.

randys52's picture

I know man. Recovery is so much easier and less painful when on cycle. I need to add hgh also

randys52's picture

Stallone (as u know) swears by hgh for recovery. I can't really tell...could only try 6 months. I almost ate Long John Silver tonight. But resisted and ate ice cream. Lol. Without some exogenous test I find motivation to be my hurdle despite preworkout Crack shit. But not power lifter. I imagine much harder recovery

KMC's picture

If the 52 in your "user name" is the year of your birth,........... you would be 63 this year. As we get older, sometimes we lose count.

Just saying.
