Hello Ladies and Gents

ad

So I am 31 years old and am on TRT @ 100 mgs a week. My first blood work from my endo was about 5 or so months ago and my test levels came back at 49! Never done gear, thinking it's stress or deployment bullshit. Anyways, I was at 200mgs every 3 weeks and I felt worse then I was before I got on it. The initial week was great but then I started to crash but fast forwarding, I got on 100mgs a week after speaking to my doctor. I do have a growth in my pituitary gland so who knows(docs say it's to small to effect shit). They say if it grows any by next year I'll probably have to have surgery. But I am here because I have been doing research for almost a year or more and want to do a cycle. I have been working out for many years and am ready to take the dive, so I am here to gather more information.

Growth in pituitary gland I assume is a tumor.
I would stay away from any hormones (AAS and HGH) to avoid any growth of the tumor, would not risk my life

A tumor on the pituitary is usually benign, more common than you'd think, and is one of the reasons people are put on TRT by their doc.

That’s a good info Greg, do you think it is safe to cycle AAS though??

Greg's picture

Yes. AAS dosn't cause the tumor and it's not going to make it worse. To be clear, the tumor is usually something pressing down on the pituitary, not that the pituitary itself has the tumor.

This is interesting. I am just going off what my docs have said. I just have to get it checked out next year and watch the blood work. But I am not worried about it. Thanks for the info though!

Checking requires an MRI... not very fun. If you go to a good endo doc, they will check everything prior to scripting test.

My test was total/ free test was so low @ 49, that they called me in immediately. I had my MRI and saw a pituitary gland specialist. I didn't realize how long it took to get on TRT.

Yup, sucks waiting. You wait before you seek medical help, wait for your appointment with your GP, wait for the specialist referral appointments, wait for a battery of tests and bloodwork. Then, after almost a year you start working on getting the dose right which can take another year.

They had me on 200mgs every 3 weeks. I felt worse than before and thought I was dying. I told my doc that we had to change it and I couldn't wait that long. I was exhausted every second of the day and was barely making it through my gym sessions.

Ok, got it, thanks Greg

docs already have him on trt

I would stick to TRT dose, would take no chances

Hey man! What sort of cycle are you interested in doing?

SGT87's picture

I want to do a bulking cycle. I am in shape and have experience in the gym.

500mg of test weekly for 10 weeks
30 mgs of dbol for first 4 weeks
Adex EOD .25 (adjusting as needed)

I have been mad busy so sorry for the late response.
