First time reaching out for advise

Hello community members. I’m not much of a people person but just reading and not contributing will only get me so far. I went from a skinny ass 135 lbs to a skinny ass 175lbs over my 8 years of on and off training. My old lifting buddies used to call me Johnny Bravo cuz my grossly disproportionately small chicken legs compared to my built upper body.
After my fourth knee injury and second surgery 10 months ago I finally learned how to work those things called legs. I couldn’t even do a squat without pain and I’m up to 325. Still sad I bench as much as I squat. And that’s with two torn labrums and a partially torn rotator though...
I’m looking to learn how to get up to 200 lbs while maintaining my usual 10% body fat. I’ve always been curious about cycling but I’m wondering when is the right time and if I could use the extra mass to stabilize my joints.
Looking to ask questions and learn. Thanks all.

Forget the gear and learn how to eat. “The extra mass” isnt going to stabilize your joints. Try to gain 10-15 lbs without aas and then think about running a cycle. Learn how to gain the weight and that will make your cycle way more succsesful. Food food food! Dont worry about gaining a little fat. Fat is easy to get rid of. You should post up your diet so everyone can look at it

Are you taking anything for it?

I’ve never actually counted macros bcuz I’ve always been trying to gain weight and never cut. I used to be doing a paleo diet but I stalled out at 165. Added in 2100 cal through mass gainer shakes between my 4 solid food meals and got up to 181. I can confidently say I get at least 150 G protein a day. I’d assume I get 200 plus but again I’ve never counted. My guess is I eat about 40/40/20 protein/carb/fat and at least 3500 calories a day. I’ve taken it higher but my body scan showed I was gaining too much water weight (11 lbs in 2 months) and my blood pressure showed it. I’m very carb sensitive in terms of blood pressure. Little to no processed grains bcuz I’m gluten sensitive and I blow up like a Macy’s thanksgiving day parade blimp.

What's your current diet like?
How much of the following do you consume daily; Calories? Carbs? Protein?
What are your macros?

Add 500 calories a day and you should begin to gain weight. Sometimes you’ve got to gain some fat short term to hit your goal.
