Hey guys. I've been lurking for close to a year now before finally gaining enough trust in this community to introduce myself. I have prior military experience. Currently going to school and working full time. Stats:

24 years old. 5'11" 196lbs roughly 10% bf. just finished a bulk going from 6.7%bf @178lbs to 14% bf @ 209 lbs, naturally ... needless the say, the strength was great but I missed my abs lol. I now focus on power/strength/speed workouts. been working out since i was 14 years old. currently working on a 5/3/1 program slightly tweaked to increase heart rate.

front squat: 305
bench press: 290
I don't deadlift.. sprained my back 3 times in the Marines..only fairly light stiff legg dl's .. previous dl PR around 495 if i remember.. my back is strong from the military

previous cycles.. i was very dumb and had poor/ignorant/careless guidance growing up, so I experimented with anabolics at an early age; I greatly regret this, but nothing i can do now. I've been natural over 2 years.

first cycle: sust @ 500mg/week for 10weeks

other cycles include:
test e: 10 weeks
test e/eq: 12wks/10wks
m1t: 3 weeks
test e/dbol: 10wks/4wks
test e/sd:10wks/4wks

I'm sure I did some damage to my endocrine system, but again, nothing I can do about it now. I've remained natural over 2 years now and most people still assume I'm on the sauce. The beauty of eating right! I also train with intensity every workout.. its my therapy. I've researched AAS almost 10 years now and continue to learn more everyday. I plan to stay natural for a bit longer, but i must admit, i LOVE pushing my body to its furthest levels of excellence!

Anyway, after lurking around doing extensive research on who to trust in this internet world.. I've decided this place is my best bet. The mods seem fair/honest, as well as the members. So "hello" fellow iron champions.. its a pleasure to meet you all and i look forward to further interactions
