Top Issue on bottle

I decided to mix in Deca 250 with my cycle so i tried to take off the cap and the entire top came off easily.... anyone ever had this issue before?? some of my bottles i noticed the entire tops are loose or can spin a little... The deca 250 is Geneza by the way.

DOUBLE G 67bro watch those spartan labs vials..those were among the first to land from him( before he had all the issues) when he came on this site and he posted that he had a broken crimper..someone went on his forum with the issue and that was his response!!!!!
Frankieas J said just a bad crimp job ,if you push down on the the metal crimp cap and hold it you can try and fold the metal under the vial lip with a coin ,this should hold it in place and stop it comeing of.http://www.eroids.com/forum
