Sleep and Grow
ad
One of the most underated topics of discussion when it comes to building muscle is sleep. IF you don't sleep properly, growing is so much harder.
But using gear has a bad side effect of messing with your sleeping patterns. Any ideas on keeping regular sleep cycles when cycling on gear?
How do you keep your sleep habits consistent?

tread-mCritical part of healing stressed muscle. Lack of rest can be similar to over training in that you are not healing enough before hitting same muscles and the benefit to that muscle is minimal given it cant get the full benefit of pump or new healthy stress. I use hgh so the sleep is much improved. I dont get more sleep, in fact less but it seems deeper and probably have a longer REM period related to the deeper sleep. Before hgh I used as little as possible to aid and if I still couldnt pull it off I never hesitate to back off the gear a bit in terms of dose. Sleep is so important for me that sacrificing it for a bigger cycle does not make much sense to me. We all have our nights though I know too well!
What's your hgh regimen?

I'm just trying to adjust to working days now. Worked nights for about a lil over a year or so. I get about 4 to 5 hours a night then I take a nap sometime during the day. My neighbors prob think I'm a crack head or something lol.cause i'm up early in the morning. But dam is it hard for my body to adjust sleep patterns like that. I hate taking sleep aids so been trying to do it natural but prob going to start taking something hear soon if I cant get back into the groove of things.
I stay away from all caffeine products after 6pm....and work out after work so i can eat...than about hour later am feeling tired..and im taking 500 mg test e..and prop50-100eod gpimg on week 5...my first 3 weeks was tough with the dbol, it was making it hard for me to sleep....even BENADRYL can help...or ask local doctor for some low dosage of Ambien,..thats just my opinion bro...good luck
Got the ambien, ready to roll! I thought small amounts of Melatonin also helped.
also i get Xanax prescribed sometimes so i take one before bed time that knocks me out..lol
Yes mealtonin works great for some. Way better than using sleep aids unless you suffer fom insomnia. Just dont over do it with the melatonin or you can throw your own out of whack just like any other hormone.
