I am no newbie to buying gear and the process; however, I placed an order over a month back, my order was shipped and it went into, lets call it, a black hole. It made it all the way to the states and then dropped off the face of the earth. I started reading about the Wizard of OZ and noticed that several other Packages can't find their way home. Now, I am not about to Click my heals 3 times at this time as I need to give it another 4 weeks according to their policy before I can request another shipment.
I wanted to know how others feel about this? I mean it is pretty evident and people keep loosing their Flying monkeys but yet they are number 1 on here so they must have a brain. What are your thoughts?

The reason they say you have to wait 45,60 or 90 days (depending on the source) is because these international packs won’t show any updates for weeks and then randomly one day will clear customs even tho you thought it wasn’t even in customs, I went through the same thing with another source and I was messaging them complaint and asking why wait till 60 days if it’s already lost, turned out they were right and at like 40 days it actually showed up clearing customs and that’s where it had been sitting the whole time. You’ll just have to be patient , when ordering if it says 20-45 days for international and you need it sooner than 45 days, then don’t order from them.
In my past experiance, I would see it in customs, and then it would just sit there for weeks, then one day it would show out for delievery out of the blue. I guess times have changed? It's been 6 years since my last order. I used to love Raps. Now I am trying out a new source and new UG.
It depends on the shipper they use, some will track all over china and the whole way here and some won’t start until after it leaves customs and some will track on china and then will update once it’s on your door, but you never know till it’s happening I guess
With Tracking here now, you will see nothing at all until it hits the UK and suddenly the history will show and the next day it will arrive. Its kind of a pain in the arse as you have to continually check to know when its coming. Is what it is though.

maybe I misread the rules, but I swear talking about shipping issues in general would be for the general topic. My apologies. I am not complaining about the supplier.
Then the supplier is not relevant to the post. Mentioning a particular supplier in the forums is against the rules.
International orders can be quick but they can also be a while. It really depends on holidays and how long customs take to clear a parcel. I have had orders clear customs instantly and I’ve had them take a week even 20+ days. Patience is key when ordering international. Btw it’s not just OS have a look at other international sources it’s sane scenario some get there orders in a couple weeks some are waiting a while
Mine hasn't even made it to customs. Mine is just sitting. It's been sitting in the US on the west cost like it just sitting in the plane and hasn't been scanned in
Just give customs a call and tell them to hurry up and let it through, and to stop sitting on their arses eating Burger King all day long LOL
Id call the DEA and demand it! Say you want catch and release tactic but on your package
LOL, it hasn't even made it to customs. Well, in the past once it got to the states it would show up and then sit there for 2 or 3 weeks then get processed through. RIght now, it doesn't show in customs. it just shows it's in a state like it's still on the boat or plane.

Similar happened to me but with a promo they had to reship and all is well. Be patient they will work with you
