quick question

ad

It seems that during pct and even on cycle my estro spikes in the evening. In the morning I wake up feeling great and my nipples aren't swollen at all. Towards evening I start getting a little irritable and before bed my nipples seem to be more swollen. I do bloods and take adex. I researched and the half life on adex is 50 hours so it shouldn't matter when its taken. Any advice would be great. Thanks

It's unlikely that the time for admission of a-dex does not matter. Any fluctuations in hormone levels occur (including) and in accordance with daily (circadian) physiological cycles. For me, for example, preferred time of taking a-dex - before bed. And in accordance to your problem try to combine adex + nolva.

You describe water retention and flushing
If on growth this water cycle is a guarantee
If a high aromatiser, on test, this is also a guarantee
You likely do not tolerate carbs well, so keep em whole only... like couscous for e.g. or root veg. Ditch carbs on non-training days/non high intensity days, see if it helps

Re estro... may also be an issue so get bloods instead of guessing. Low estro will really exacerbate the flush. High estro will cause retention

I’ll lower test for sure

e2 shouldn't be spiking during pct unless your SERM is bunk

Try aromasin and lowering dose of test

I took bloods two months ago and my estro was 66. No wonder I felt like crap. Been trying to dial in my adex dose (not pharma). I feel much better. Trying to figure out if .5 twice a week or .25 every 3 days is better. My diet is good. Pack a lunch mostly chicken and rice and a low carb dinner usually. Thanks for the feedback. Going to get bloods Thursday. BTW I'm cruising on 200mg cyp week

My Dad's TRT dose (he's 78) is 200mg. a MONTH from the doctor..... Not sure I agree with a dose that small, but I certainly wouldn't have the old boy on 200 a week lol

What's your diet like currently....that could be a big factor

Could be water retention.
