Motivation advice please

Useful answers would be appreciated.
I ended my blast and back to cruising I ran test and EQ for 17 weeks. As the eq half life is super long do that left my body last and once it had time I lost all motivation for the gym. I’m not depressed I feel fine but I just can’t be asked to workout. It’s been 3 weeks and I’m looking to see if anyone has felt this way before and any advice happy to answer questions.
Blood work looks fine and I’m running 150 test e per week.

Nutrition, training and recovery gear is just tools in the toolbox depending on your goals from sound of it you might be wanting to run gear more than doing anything else cruise on trt till bloods look good I'd say a minimum of 12 weeks. You're young you'll get into the swing of things it's part of the game. Trust me I get it nothing compares to working out on cycle...
The honest answer is discipline. Motivation is an irrelevant trait… it depends on your mood and emotions that day. Discipline is the trait that makes you get stuff done no matter what. It comes down to either you want it or you dont.
Look man when it comes to the gym you do not look at it as a chore. I do it as a stress reliever and "me time". Put on some music and enjoy the workout being alone. The other part is do you have any goals or any particular physique you want to look like? Even on gear you have to put in the work at the gym and diet is also part of that. Set a goal on a physique you want to achieve and work towards that goal. Once people started to notice me and ask me about my workout that just motivates me even more.
The other part that helps me to keep going is I have dedicated days for muscle groups. Back and Bi's, chest and tri's, Legs, shoulders then a rest day. Looking good naked is what keeps me going and it improves your sex life a lot.
The gym is my playground and where I keep the demons at bay, its the fun part. The shitty part is eating the same dog food everyday and trying to sleep enough and drink enough water.
I don't get how you don't want to go to the gym. If your having a bad day, it makes it better. You accomplished something, endorphins flowing. If your having a good day, you just made it better.
Smack your self around a few times and get your lazy ass back to the playground bro
Haha you mean eating chick breast every day gets old? No way
Lol yeah that's why I also switch to pork or turkey here and there.
Why are you cruising at 25 years old? That’s not the smartest choice.
Did you start running gear at the same time you started working out? Most of the guys who lose all motivation to lift when coming off never really trained naturally. Never developed a love for training and the lifestyle. They just like to train when they’re on gear getting quick results. There no real way to fix that. You either love to train and to live the lifestyle even if you’re off cycle and making zero progress, or you don’t.
Word
Ur profile says ur roughly 30, but a post of yours from a year ago says ur 25. (24 at the time of posting). And you were running gear then too... In any event, roids are bad for you in general. Running a high trt dose in addition to blasting at 25 years old is also bad for you.
if you remove lifting and eating right from the equation, but are still running gear you're an idiot. Get your lazy ass to the gym and stop being an idiot. Otherwise you're just hurting yourself and your wallet for no reason. Not trying to be rude, but if you aren't already COMMITTED to lifting and a diet WITHOUT GEAR you should never have started to begin with.
And decide what age you are.
Appreciate the bluntness. Changed my age idk what happened. I trained for 2 years then hopped on. I fucking loved the gym I trained hard everytime never skipped a day in the years have been going. That’s why this is so confusing for me at the moment. Cruising and blasting purely to keep the muscle and remove the chances of loosing any. Besides the point. From what the lads have said it’s a mentality thing. Stop being a pussy and get on with it. You recon 150mg per week is too high?
That’s better than starting gear as soon as you start lifting.
150mg isn’t too high. It’ll likely have you at the very high end of normal or a bit above. My only thing with crushing is I think you need to be very very dedicated to the lifestyle to cruise and not do pct. Basically eat sleep and breathe the gym lifestyle. What you don’t want to is to stop training for a year or few, or or go through periods of being much less serious and still have to deal with sticking a needle in your ass to feel normal. At 25 you likely have alot of big changes to come in life in the not so distant future where lifting may take a back seat. Establishing and Progressing in your career, marriage, buying a house, having kids etc. Most people during this time will not be able to or want to be as dedicated as is necessary to run cycles. And you don’t want to be reliant on illicit TRT during these kind of times.
Well you go from Essentially being "high" to now being "normal". So being normal doesn't feel interesting anymore. I think a big part of this game is not letting yourself be tricked by the gear. Just understand that you've come back to being mortal, and everything is just how it was before going on.
I'm not ur doctor. Unless you legitimately have hypogonadism, you are too young to be on trt, or cruising or whatever you wanna call it.
Aside from what the fellas have mentioned below “you get to train” I’d add the best motivation when cruising is maintaining as much muscle and lower bf as you can. Our bodies pay the price for blasting, so see this cruise as an opportunity to reward yourself and be in the best possible place for your next blast. Otherwise it will all be for nothing. Hard work starts now and your next blast will be the reward for this maintenance time off. Remember you’re doing this for yourself, no one else.
Ranger3252Make it part of your daily routine. Say you have daily tasks at work, would you forego them just because you didn’t feel like it? Ultimately costing you your job. It’s all about being disciplined. So many times I can remember wanting to skip the gym. But, I drag my ass there and feel better every time afterwards. Block out 30-60 everyday, same time and just get at it.
Every time I come off any cycle. It just HAS to be part of the schedule. Don't always have to kill it. But you should be doing something.
X2.
It’s not motivation. It’s called discipline. Get to the gym and do the work. You GET to train, you don’t have to. Same goes with cardio. Do the work and do it well.
I 2nd this, other than not having to train. I have to, no ifs ands or buttsholes. Best natural drug there is, is lifting.
I was just saying it’s a mindset. I get it, I HAVE to train, too, but it’s because I get to. Right on, brotha!
