+ 2 Mental Health and Bodybuilding/Lifting weights Help

One thing I don't think we talk about in bodybuilding is when we have to deal with unrelated mental issues. I'm writing this message in hopes of getting some community suppprt support and also letting others out there you are not alone.

This last four or so weeks I have felt really off mentally and physically. I'm running 900 primo/600 test/6iu hgh, and the cycle has gone off the rails so i am going to stop for 3-4months and then hopefully by then my brain issues will be stabilized and I can get back on. Issues have been lack of motivation to get out of bed or do anything really. I just got rreallly anxious any time I had to go somehwere or be around people. Thankfully I work from home so it wasnt too unmanageable and carried on.

About two weeks ago, I started feeling restless all the time, fidgety, and was unable to sleep even with my Rx sleeping pills. Stayed this way and just got worse and worse. So finally ended up in the ER....i was in and out in 10 and minutes with one 10mg diazepam and a script for hydroxyzine....wow, thanks doc. I immediately went home and my PCP recommended a psychiatrist I go see instead, and in the meantime take a sleep test for sleep apnea (which I also have apparently)

OK cool getting things sorted uto then I get a call from each my bosses
(diff companies) firing me for the same reasons - didn't get assignents done time, typos everywhere and had apparently been slurring my words - none of which I knew about nor did anyone from any company bring it up at all. So I here I am embarrassing myself professionally and no one even asked if anything was wrong.

My blood levels came back normal in the meantime except for high RBC and low potassium levels). I have seen this doc for 10 years for My ADHD but haven't had any other issues. Gave him the rundown and he said I'd been in a manic state, gave me prozac and olanzapine for the bipolar, and then once I'm stable again I will get back on Vyvanse.

In the meantime now that I am unemployed I have way too much time on my hands. Obviously I'll be in the gym a lot, but probably not doing much heavyifting.

My current diagnosis is mixed bipolar with depression anxiety, ADHD, and insomnia.

I am asking for suggestions like healthy diets for the brean, good supplements for the brain I can get my memory and language skills as advanced as possible

This may or may not be your thing. Micro dosing magic mushrooms has been shown to be very effective for treating depression and anxiety. When i say micro does i mean a dose so small you won't get any of the hallucinogenic effects you'd associate with a psychedelic. I've heard the same about lsd but have found that to be much harsher than mushrooms. They're also using Ketamine under medical supervision/along side counseling to treat depression now with some really great results.

You have a good case against them for both wrongful termination and personal injury as a result. If you have a clean company file they're royally screwed, even if you are in an at will state. They cannot fire you for a diagnosed medical condition and they have to provide reasonable accommodation. Take your time to speak with a few different attorneys, in the mean time file for unemployment and take advantage of state benefits like EBT and health insurance. This will help with your case and prove financial hardship.

When I was in your situation doctors prescribed me ativan, beta blockers and trazadone, all crap. What worked best was tramadol, it's effectiveness is rated higher for anxiety and depression than it is for pain. Sleep apnea can be triggered by glyphosate, an herbicide found in gluten and oats. Quaker being the worst culprit. Eliminate them from your diet. Huperzine for ADHD, inositol for sleep.

Hope you get your self balanced out again soon mate can usually take time patience and hard work on our own parts to get where we need to be but it is achievable if we really work hard at it. I would take advice on Unfair dismissal from your 2 jobs as usually companies have to follow a strict disciplinary process which usually includes having to give verbal and written warnings before sacking someone and if you inform them your struggling with mental health issues there supposed to try and work with you and make reasonable adjustments to help you recover. Good luck my man.

He could live an “at will” state and he said it was for lack of performance, that would be a hard one to argue, especially if it’s “at will”, they can fire for any reason they feel like

You need to work on your mind. Psychiatrist is probably a good idea. I've heard primobolan will cause extreme anxiety to the point guys drop it. Steroids are most likely going to cause any mental issues you have to become worse.

So for the brain MCT oil has shown some benefit for some disorders. A more advanced compound for brain neurogenesis is called cereabralisyn. It’s like hgh for the brain and can regrow nerves or synapses or something like that. It’s not used by a lot of people and I never really here people talk about it but it’s basically the only thing like it. Oh and it’s injectable.

Also you’ll want to look into nootropic supplements. Like l-Theanine, alpha gpc, lions mane, NAD, ashwagandha. There’s all types of supplements that are combinations of these compounds. There alpha Brain by ONNIT. There’s NZT-48. And countless others I’m sure. Lions mane is a mushroom and there’s other mushrooms that can help too so that’s a good thing to start researching also
